Available Animals for Adoption!

Attached are pictures of all the animals currently ready and waiting for adoption.

To ensure the best possible homes, we require photos of your enclosure setup and temperature readings prior to approving any adoption. Our staff may also ask questions about care requirements or whether a particular animal is the right fit for you.

We do this out of a deep love and passion for animals of all shapes and sizes - big, small, scaly, leggy or furry. Our goal is simple: to help every one of these incredible creatures find the loving forever homes they deserve.

Every donation, whether financial or through equipment, goes directly back into the rescue allowing us to continue this important work.

Meet Morgana! 🦎💚

Morgana is a true miracle. She was brought to us with her hip bones sticking out, incredibly lethargic and with no drive to eat or drink whatsoever. With patience and love she has made a comeback we never dared to hope for. She is now an absolute glutton and runs about like she has no time left 😂 She is always at the glass when you walk by, ready and waiting to have her "floor time". We are so incredibly proud of how far she has come after thinking we would lose her.

If you think you are the right home for her, please do get in contact with us. Enclosure checks required for all of our animals. We are based in Ossett, West Yorkshire and cannot courier animals.

Secondhand equipment available!

We have one 4x2x2 oak vivarium with uvb, heat and cork bark available for £100 secondhand.

It is only a couple of months old and looks almost as good as new.

Collection in Ossett. Free 90 minutes parking outside the shop.

🌿 In Loving Memory of Clover 🌿

Yesterday, we received some heartbreaking news from one of our adoption families. Clover, one of our most beloved rescues, has sadly passed away due to health complications.

When he first came into the rescue he was scared, underweight, and had endured more than any animal should, having been found on a bridge while children threw rocks at him. But despite it all he never stopped fighting and learning to trust again.

He quickly became a favorite among our team, not just for his resilience but for his sass, quirky personality and the unique charm that made everyone fall in love with him. When he finally found his forever home, we were overjoyed and he truly hit the jackpot with a family who showered him with love, cuddles, warm baths and a never-ending buffet of bugs.

Clover transformed from a frightened little dragon into a confident, loving (in his own way) companion. Knowing how cherished and adored he was in his final chapter brings us so much comfort.

We’ll never forget you, Clover. Thank you for letting us be a part of your story.

Please share! X2 missing corn snakes 🐍

Has anybody lost a Corn Snake in the Whinmore area of Leeds or around York?

Spaghetti was found wandering the streets of York by police and was brought to us by The Minster Veterinary Practice as they did not have the facilities to hold her.

Linguini was found wandering around an estate in the Whinmore area of Leeds.

Both snakes have absolutely lovely temperaments and seem to be in good health.

If these are your animals and you wish to be reunited, we require photographic evidence of ownership. We will hold both of them for 2 weeks starting from the date of this post and if they are not claimed they will go into our rehoming program.
