A change has taken place at Petworld Oswestry. There has been a change of ownership. Along with my parents, I took over Petworld in 1978, and have been here since then providing pets in the area with food and accessories, in fact just about everything they needed. At the age of 73, I felt I deserved a rest, and the business has been taken over by Paul Beresford and will continue to be run as a pet shop.

A business is only as good as its staff, and ours have been excellent. All the staff are staying on and I'm grateful to the crew for their hard work over the years. The best appointments made were Karen the supervisor and Rachel . Both of them have been here almost as long as I have and their contribution has been immense. Karen took on the responsibilty of the supervisors position, and has been brilliant ever since.

Adele and Carlie are also long serving members of staff, with new additions Deb and Rube chipping in as well.

My thanks to customers old and new for their loyal support. I will still be here a couple of days a week helping out, so you have not seen the last of me.
