Lost my best lad this week 💔
I know how incredible dogs are. How much joy they bring to life. I couldn’t be without them.
I’ve always felt a special connection with this one though. He’s been there through the highs and lows. Unconditional.
So very grateful to have seen him into his senior years. Not many dogs live as long as this one. A rescue from Dogs Trust 16 years ago.

About All Paws

All Paws is born from a passion for animals (especially the dog variety) and a love for walking.

I can’t help but treat any animals as my own. And, when I leave my own dogs entrusted with others, this is what I want for them - a home from home approach. I can appreciate that your pets are part of the family, and what a responsibility it is to leave them in someone else's care. Pets and their owners of Oswestry and surrounding areas can expect the same in return - they will become part of our family.

I have worked for the best part of twenty years in the specialist education industry, training as a teacher and later working in marketing for student recruitment. With two dogs of my own and two children, I understand how hectic life can be, trying to balance the needs of everyone. Sometimes, inevitably you just need the support of others to fulfill the exercise, welfare and care requirements of your pets. More and more pet owners employ a pet care service provider - this is where All Paws can help.

Some of my clients may work long or unsociable hours, be away for the day, evening, weekend or a longer holiday period, or, perhaps their circumstances may prevent them from providing the fun and stimulation that their pets deserve, and they may need a helping hand. Whether you need regular, or occasional home boarding, or home day care for your dogs, a one off walk, call in visit to your home, or daily or weekly care, contact me to discuss your requirements and to check availability. Please note that at present, generally home boarding is available over long weekends only, with occasional extended stays possible upon request.

I have a full license approved by Shropshire Council to provide home boarding and day care for dogs within my home. I have an enhanced DBS check and insurance with a specialist pet trade provider to offer home boarding, day care, dog walking, call in care for dogs, cats and other small animals, and in addition, I am also able to provide a pet taxi service.

Before a service is carried out, there is a free consultation in order to meet pets and owners and to better understand needs and requirements. Also giving the opportunity to ask any questions. Please note that dogs using the home boarding and / or day care service will be required to have a trial stay.

I take photographs and video during each service and can feedback on the wellbeing and enjoyment of pets to owners, to ensure peace of mind.

Drop off and collection is available for each service.

Home Boarding and Day Care for Dogs

All Paws provides a small-scale, family run long weekend home boarding and day care service. Dogs will stay as part of our family, enjoying all of the comforts, care, fun, exercise and love of a home from home.

We love dogs; but we are quite particular about who we allow to stay with us. The health, welfare, safety and happiness of our family and that of visiting dogs is a priority.

Dogs who stay with us for boarding or day care must have regular contact with children (we have two young daughters) and be well socialised with other dogs (we have two resident dogs).

Why not register today for occasional or regular use?

Walks

Group walks are small and the combination of dogs is carefully selected; with age, breed, s*x and personality in mind.

Some dogs may prefer to walk without other dogs. For whatever reason, solo walks, or walks for dogs from the same home only, are available.

Walks can be up to 30 minutes, or up to one hour.

Dogs can be picked up from your home, or place of work and returned afterwards.

Walk locations are varied to keep them interesting for dogs and walker. They take place in different countryside and parkland in and around the Oswestry area.

Pet Call Ins

Pet call ins are a popular alternative to kennels and catteries, allowing your pet to stay within the comfort of their own home. Caring for one animal or multiple; dogs, puppies, cats, hamsters, fish and anything in-between. Feeding, changing water, cleaning, play or cuddles; just specify the requirements for your pets.

Call In’s can also include tasks to help with home security; bringing in bins, moving post, drawing curtains etc.

Pet Taxi

If your pet has somewhere to be and you are not able to get them there, why not use the All Paws taxi service? A vets appointment, trip to the groomers, or just to get them from one location to another. Collection and drop off for use of our services is also available.
