🌈 HENDERSON 🌈

On Friday we received the devastating news that Henderson was crossing to rainbow bridge. It was so unexpected as he was loving life & joining in the fun off lead in secure field the day before. I'm grateful to have that as my last memory of him.

Henderson was part of the gang for 7 years so nearly as long as the start of the business the bond we created over those years there is no words for! 💔

He was 'reactive' to dogs he didn't know but he always welcomed any dog within the group like his best friend. He taught me so much over the years to help him & others.

Run free beautiful boy go find the sunshine ☀️

Check for valid boarding licence if your dog is home boarding NO licence = NO/invalid insurance 🏡 🐕 ⛱️
I'm sure Juno's owner would have done thingy differently had he known!! Always check to see your home boarders licence number this includes daycare too!

There are over 3000 licensed boarders on Find Pet Boarding, but there are many more thousands of unlicensed boarders on unscrupulous platforms that don't verify licence status. Please remind everyone you know with a dog how important it is to ask to see the licence certificate. Unlicenced boarders aren't monitored by anyone and operating outside the law invalidates their insurance. It also means they could be shut down at anytime and leave you with no holiday care!

Suspected dog poisonings in Lindley – can you help? ⬇️

We are appealing for information after two dogs sadly died after eating something that is believed to be toxic on a walk at Lindley Wood Reservoir between 31 March and 15 April.

We were made aware of what happened at around 4pm on Tuesday 16 April 2024.

We’re carrying out enquiries to find out more about what happened.

If you have any information that can help us with our investigation, please get in touch.

We would also like to hear from any other dog owners who believe their dog may have been affected in similar circumstances after visiting the location in recent weeks.
