We provide a full range of services to our clients and their pets, dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets and other small animals in a friendly and caring environment. We also have an open surgery on a Saturday morning between 9:00am and 10:00am. The practice is open 8:30am - 6:30pm during the week and 8:30am - 12:00pm on a Saturday. Our out of hours service is HollyHouse in Moortown (Leeds). When you call

✨️ FOREVER HOME WANTED ✨️

We had the very handsome Henry left on our doorstep, the afternoon of Friday 11th October. He has been with us for a week now, and we've seen him come out of his shell and blossom into the most loving, playful and charming gentleman. He is very flirtatious, loves human contact and has a very healthy appetite(!). He has had a dental carried out, which did result in all of his teeth being removed due to the condition of them. He is on wet food and biscuits, and manages just fine gumming the biscuits (and Dreamies 😋).

We want the best for Henry, as we are technically family number 4 for him, so he really needs this to be his forever home. He is 10 years young, fit and well, full of energy and full of love to give. He has had a Vet check with us and we had noted he has a heart murmur. This can only be heard when his heart rate is fast, and it does reduce in grades as his heart rate slows down. It's a hidden one unless you know it's there! 🩺. He has no clinical symptoms, and lives a very healthy and happy life.

We are more than happy for anyone who may be interested to come visit Henry, but please don't be disheartened as he is a little shy at first. He was the same with us, but he is now a huge flirt and shouts for us whenever he hears we are near 💕. ⚠️📢 XL Bully deadline is fast approaching - 16 DAYS 📢⚠️

We have had a couple of gorgeous Bully's in recently for neutering, following the government guidelines for the XL Bully ban. We can not stress how important it is to not only neuter in time (and safely around seasons for the ladies), but to also make sure the documents reach DEFRA by the relevant deadlines 📝.

👑 Princess Alert 👑 This absolutely gorgeous XL Bully, Echo, paid us a visit this week to have an endoscopic spey. She was so well behaved from start to finish and completely took everything in her stride. We totally fell in love with her big smushy chops and goofy personality 😍. Huge credit to her hooman-mum who has not only raised a beautiful girl, but has taken every step to ensure she's followed every single government guideline to ensure Echo is safe 📝✅️. A huge thank you for trusting us with your big girl 🫶🏼

✨️ VIP Staff Pet Post ✨️ We had one of our own on the operating table recently! The very handsome, Mr Piggles, belongs to one of our amazing Veterinary Surgeons, Charlotte. Mr Piggles didn't seem himself and thanks to his human-mum's fast thinking, we were able to put him under a general anaesthetic and remove this stone from his bladder! Mr Piggles is now back to his cheeky little cucumber munching self 🥰 Well done to Charlotte for remaining as cool as his cucumbers, as operating on your own is very stressful 👏🏻🫶🏼

⚠️ FOUND ⚠️ This lovely little girl has been brought in to us as a 'stray'. The members of the public that brought her in reported she has been wandering around Garnetts Grove for about a week and has been trying to get into a house that already belongs to a hound 🐶. She is microchipped but unfortunately has been rehomed since (quite a few years ago) and the details haven't been updated, nor does the previous owner have their details. She is very, very friendly, and has a few older wounds/scabs on her neck and side. If anyone has any information, please call us on 01943 463447, or message us on here. She is safe with us and has tucked into a bowl of biccys 🐈💖

✨️Big Mike looking all coy and cute.. even when he's channeling his inner E.T ✨️. We posted about Mike back in October when he visited with his sister, Mavis, but this time it was a solo visit (🥜!).. Mike was in last week for a general anaesthetic to undergo neutering with our surgical Co2 laser. He was so well behaved and has made everyone involved feel awful with those big eyes. Sorry Mike! 💖

✨️ McDuffmeister Monday ✨️ This little ginger superstar came in for his first mani-pedi with us nurses and was impeccably well behaved 💅🏼. Fluff McDuff has landed on his toe beans with his new mum and dad, after spending over three years heavily matted and living on the streets. You are so loved already big guy 💕🐾

✨️ You may want to bookmark this post and refer to it if you ever need a cheering up, need something to coo over or want some cuteness overload.. ✨️ Everyone, meet️ Mike & Mavis️ two beautiful 10 week old Pugs, a brother & sister duo 😍. This visit was for their first vaccines 💉 and naturally, a squeeze from every single member of our team.. about 3 times over! They were so brave and we cannot wait to watch them grow up 🐾 We cannot get over Mike's coy pose 😂
