🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸 Volunteers needed!
Can you spare one hour a week to help migrate toads in Overton? Toad migration runs from end Jan/ beginning of February to end of March.

The patrol starts at dusk and depending on toad numbers can last up to 2.5-3 hrs of an evening. There are 3 shifts in an evening when there are maximum crossing numbers, sometimes the ‘watchers’ are out for the first hour only.

You will need a decent torch, reflective clothing/ jacket or tabard, a bucket and warm clothing.

The training session is around 45 minutes and they start this weekend.

Just wanted to take a mo to say Happy New Year to each and every one of you that has supported us this year and we know will continue to do so in 2025.
It’s always a learning curve but we have enjoyed every moment of it and have made some amazing friends along the way.

🏃‍♀️🏃Overton Ultra Weekend 2025🏃‍♀️🏃

After the unbelievable support and overall interest with our last feat, we thought it was time we all did something together. We were humbled with the amount of people that said they were inspired by our last outing therefore we want to encourage and help each other achieve your individual running goals. Whether it’s running your first marathon or running your first mile, the idea is that anyone can join us for any distance they wish to achieve at any point over the weekend.

We will be running for the whole weekend and our goal is to hit 124miles (200k) in 36 hours. We would love people to join us along the way and help us reach this goal, whilst achieving your own individual target!

Together we run, together we achieve 💪

Overton Ultra Weekend will take place on 2nd - 3rd August next year.
