Jolly is learning what to do when she spots dogs running at speed. This is one of one of the least valued, but most precious, skills in agility or any other dog sport. The utimate aim is to be able to pass a competition ring or frantically running dogs without Jolly lunging or barking after them. Education. is everything.

Edit Ratkai and Not so Norti Nora are on a roll! Last week 1st in a grade 4 show now grade 5. To top it off this duo won the Swag Steeplechase! Congratulations to them and to owner Chrissie Bynam.

New Beginners Agility Class at Activity 4 Paws
Beginners agility class on Sundays at 3 PM 3pm, starting on the 5th June 2022.
£12 per class, paid in blocks of 4.

This class is suitable for novice handlers and dogs without experience.

Monkey the Malinois and Norti Nora the Manchester Terrier (now Grade 4) being photographed with lots of red rosettes and Easter Eggs. Sadly, the Easter Eggs took priority over the trophies for the image. :) What an impressive weekend haul for Edit Ratkai, Monkey and Norti Nora. Well done all!

I like the See Saw, but it would be so much more fun if mum put a dog on the other end as well, but she says no as it's it's not safe. I don't understand why we can't play just like the hoomans do :) :)

I like to ensure that my dogs have regular 'playtime'. This may take different forms for dogs in different stages of development. Not all training has to be formal. So much can be learned and enjoyed (dogs and humans) by simple play. Make it fun!
