With so many different brands and bright pretty looking packaging on the pet store/ supermarket shelves it's becoming increasingly difficult to choose the right treats that do not have a lot of bad stuff added .

Please do check the packaging you will be surprised at the amount of bad stuff added to prolong the shelf life
This is never a good thing .
tooth decay is a huge issue for dogs and dentastix are a big no no they are not healthy at all

Raw uncooked bones are a great alternative, I don't give them to Rocky just because I cannot stand the smell ..I just can't .
So we give him the yak chews he loves them and he will have the grain free deli sausages from the dog treat section in they are trip and venison and that's it .

What other alternative do you use ?

I've found doing my little Sunday weekly round ups very therapeutic.
I think life can very easily just go by too quickly without ever looking back on the joyful daily joys of life .

I did lots of bakes this week especially for the older cats and the staffie breed cakes were a very popular choice this week too .

I wonder if Gracie ever thought a new happy rescue journey to England would include cake 🎂 🎉 and she loves it 😍.

We found a frog on our evening walk .
Our son competed in the England squash national school finals.
They came 5th out of 64 so so proud .
They even spotted the world's number 5th player , got a selfie and apparently that was better than the whole thing 😍.

The wine was needed and was a very nice Christmas gift 🎁.

I'm forever chasing sunsets .

You can't come away from Oxford without a box of Ben's cookies ( they are situated in the covered market)

The Blossom at the bottom of my road is blooming beautifully

And lastly my husband sent me a video of Rocky attempting the Welsh national anthem 🙈😂

Each cake comes with 2 silvervine toys ,topped with chicken and cheese treats and a stimulating whey topping and of course it wouldn't be a cat cake without some added cat nip

Each cake will last 5 days after arrival,please store in the frying this time and they can also be frozen for two 2 months .

Life lately.

We have had lots of lovely bakes to do and one of my customers dogs always gets a biscuit with a quote with her job on it but this year's has one for her boyfriend...we hope it makes you smile Rav 😊.

I've had a nostalgic week for sweets 😍.

We've had some beautiful sunrises, cold evening walks and blanket days .

Me and my lovely neighbour are still keeping up our swimming go us 🫶.

And lastly we have another teenager 😁 who had a fabulous day in Wembley.

It's time for a new dog cake design and this one has a story it's in honour of my dad

The Highland cow .
My dad was Scottish born and bred , he was a hardy man, loved by all .
He loved dogs , he loved the outdoors and I miss him terribly.

A percentage of each sale will go to prostate cancer and we will keep you updated on this as the year goes on .

The cake will be on the website at the weekend

I thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for the support and kindness we have been shown these last couple of months .
The animal community is an incredible one our empathy just hits different.
