What a year it's been.....

I would like to wish every single one of my followers , customers and friends a very merry Christmas and thank you for you time , love , support and patience on certain occasions this year .

It's been a tough one
I had a lot of plans this year Tobe out and about with impawfect but my family came first .
My dad and my family.

My dad has suffered a lot this year with cancer and hospitals have been our second home for a lot of it .

We have now decided to close for Christmas a little earlier than normal the last of the bakes and biscuit boxes are going out today .
Collections are still available over the weekend.

My dad has taken a turn the other way in life and is now in a hospice
He's comfy ,he's happy and he has a fabulous tree in his room .

Our Christmas will be a different quiet one this year
With family and really that is what it's all about .
Loved ones .

Hold them tight ,tell them you love them .

Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts and paws.

Choking

Rawhide can be a choking hazard, especially if your dog swallows it without chewing. 
Intestinal blockages
Rawhide can get stuck in your dog's esophagus or digestive tract, causing blockages that can be life-threatening.

Digestive issues
Rawhide can cause digestive issues like vomiting and diarrhea. 

Toxic chemicals
Rawhide can contain toxic chemicals and preservatives that can cause allergic reactions, stomach upsets, and dental issues.

Contamination
Rawhide can be contaminated with Salmonella or E. coli, which can be dangerous for both dogs and humans. 
Not nutritious
Rawhide is not very nutritious for dogs and doesn't provide much nutritional value. 

If your dog eats rawhide, you should:

Call your vet for advice

Keep a close eye on your dog's behavior

Take them to a vet if you believe they may have swallowed rawhide and not passed it.

Some safer alternatives to rawhide include buffalo horns, deer antlers, and ostrich bone.

Troy our rottweiler was our first dog ,
When me and my husband got married nearly 20 years ago we decided that he was our wedding present for each other .
I had not had a rottweiler before but my husband had and he had them when on tour when he was in the Army .

He was the best decision we ever made
He was incredibly protective of our first born Oscar when he was born ..he could be a grumpy bum at times but he taught us so much and was our first child 😍.

Today marks 9 years of his passing .
His back legs just gave up day and he lost any ability to hold his toilets in so we had to do the kindest for him .

Thanks you the memories old boy we still talk about you and miss you

The dog breed Christmas biscuits box and the personalised individual bones were the most popular last year and it was incredibly fun making them .
