I've been quite laid back on a few policies recently so I just want to pop a little reminder out as I will be cracking down on these things.
Cancellations
Any bookings cancelled with 7, or less, days notice still need to be paid in full. This applies to both boarding AND daycare. Dates are held for you and are usually difficult to re-fill at short notice.
In the last month or so I've had 8 unpaid cancellations/no shows. I'm very understanding and flexible, I get life happens, however this is still a business and my sole income to provide for my, pay bills etc.
Repeat occurrences will result in dogs being removed from my books and no further bookings accepted.
Deposits
A 25% non-refundable despite is required on booking, your dates will not be secured and guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
Trials
Trials will now be charged for upon booking, not on arrival. Unfortunately this is again due to too many unpaid cancellations/no shows.
Timings
I do actually have set time slots for arrivals/collections, I've just been slack at sticking to them. I will be cracking down on this to make sure things run smoothly.
Daycare: Arrival 8/8.15am or 9.30am
Collection 4.30-6pm
Boarding: Arrival/collections 10-11am or 5-6pm (4-5pm on weekends)
If you need an earlier or later time, please book the extra day before/after.
Booking Forms
ALL info on the forms needs to be filled out. It's a legal document and must be signed to confirm you agree to the Ts&C's.
Please also ensure your emergency contact is someone local and would be happy to collect your dog if needed. It's no use to anyone if your emergency contact is away on holiday with you π
