Across the globe, 3 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent emissions are released every year from anaesthetic gases.

The same amount of emissions would be produced by 1.5 million return flights from London to New York.

As 2024 comes to a close, we’re celebrating a transformative and fast-paced year filled with incredible milestones! 🥳

This year we officially launched into the market, introducing our innovative waste anaesthetic gas capture solution to the veterinary industry. We hit the ground running by attaining the UKCA Mark for our VET-Dock, highlighting our commitment to innovation, quality and safety.

We are thrilled to have formed a valuable relationship with Certus BioMedical as our trusted installation and service partner, and supply of our VET-Cans went live with MWI Animal Health in August. We attended prestigious events, including the Pet Healthcare Industry Summit, where our Head of Stakeholder Engagement, Matt Gopal, was invited to speak on a panel. We also recently had the pleasure of connecting with industry leaders at the London Vet Show.

150 VET-Docks have already been installed in multiple veterinary clinics, and we continue to receive orders from practices wishing to reduce their carbon footprint. We undertook successful pilots with Linnaeus (Mars Veterinary Health) and IVC Evidensia, paving the way for a greener future for the veterinary profession. Additionally, we welcomed an investment from Animal Health Angels.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been tirelessly refining and developing our VET-Dock, as well as streamlining our processes. None of this would have been possible without our incredible team, partners, and supporters who have helped us in our mission to lower the carbon footprint of veterinary healthcare.

As we look ahead to 2025, we are more inspired than ever to build on this momentum and create a sustainable future for veterinary care. Here’s to the journey ahead!
