My baby Boo, an elderly Pug of nearly 17 years, died on the 30 September and my local vets recommended VPEC to me, so I drove down from Exmouth to drop Boo off. I was in a severe state of shock and grief and Sasha and the team were so kind to me and said I could leave Boo with them while I thought about what I wanted to do. It took me all week to decide and every day I called to chat with them and they were so sympathetic and patient, also telling me they were going in multiple times a day to stroke Boo. I thought this was above and beyond my expectations and really comforted me while I was in such pain.

When I picked up Boo's remains they were presented in a smart box and all the prints and packaging were of high quality. The rooms you wait in have a calming energy.

The best bit about their service is the people. I dealt with Sasha mainly and she is most certainly in the right job. Her compassion, kindness and patience really helped me with one of the most difficult weeks of my life. I will be forever grateful. Thank you.

Back in September of 2023 we had the privilege of looking after Maggie on her final journey. With the families permission, they have allowed us to share this special and moving moment of when they scattered her ashes. To their amazement, they formed an outline that resembled their beloved Maggie. ❤

In the background is lovely Maud who has recently been reunited with Maggie over the rainbow bridge. 🌈
