Yard goof Doug had a good night out on Wednesday. Tried his very best to listen to Carrie and not get distracted by squirrels, people, horses, lights, biscuits on the judges table.....

We love that he gets to spend his time welcoming our clients and that he can be brushed and handled by our helpers and Stable Lives participants but then then go and show how fancy he can be at competitions too. Our clients who have lessons in the morning can often get to see the competition horses training so are very much part of the journey up the ladder too!

Rebecca is part of our full time yard staff, teaches regularly and supports children and adults in Stable Lives.

We are very sad to let you know that Wilson was put to sleep this morning.
It was peaceful and planned as he was 30 years old and we knew that after a good summer with his friends the time was right to let him go to heaven.
He has been a big part of the yard for nearly 20 years teaching many children to ride. Every member of our team over the years has had the experience of him departing from his stable without permission to do so (he did it this morning on his last trip to the field!)
Thank you for being part of our family Wilson. We will remember you for being a fancy warmblood in a 12hh furry pony body, teaching children to canter whether they wanted to or not and basically doing whatever you wanted whenever you wanted to 🙂 Missed but treasured.

Anyone up for a laugh and want to join our team?! Honest post, you will finish it filthy and tired, but we have the most amusing and memory bankable day. Would really appreciate some fit and or kind(!) people to help and encourage others around the 5k as for some this will be a huge challenge. We also have a team going around the 10-15k if you are fit and want a bigger challenge. It's on Saturday 19th October in Cheshire.

Take it in turns to make the team cakes. The team then discuss and eat. Brings a surprising amount of joy to the end of the week 🙂

Anyone looking for a lovely mare to become your best friend? We have been quietly working with Penny for a while now and only still have her as I have been too busy to cast the new home net out very far.

Perfect Mother/ daughter share or to produce for BE, BD or anything pony club/ riding club.
Talented enough to be successful in a bit of everything or friendly enough to just be an all round loveable friend.

The lovely Fimbo 🙂🥰

Our charity is built on the outstanding team of horses and ponies that we have.
We have the absolute pleasure of watching them breakthrough fear, anxiety, depression. We see them give children and adults different ways to cope when there seems to be no hope.
What do they get in return? The love, respect and care of our human team and an ever increasing fan group that each of them gathers.
This is Fimbo. He is 24, we got him as a rescue pony when he was 6. He is kind, gentle and completely adored by all of us. He teaches adults and children that a disability or illness doesn’t have to limit your ability to be outstanding. You just have to find another path to do it 🙂

Right team. In quiet times during the day our amazing team and ponies do some fantastic work for the charity Stable Lives. We would like to invite you to join us for our annual fundraiser!

19th October 11.00 wave.

This is our big fundraiser for the year. It allows us to support those who need us. If you have come on a course, know someone who has, support us from a distance or just want a challenge then please join us.

3 options.
1. Lidl mudder for children upto 12 over a 1k muddy obstacle circuit.
2. 5k. This is where a majority of our team will be. We go steady, we help each other around and we laugh for most of it. We need fitter people to help in this team too.
3. 10k. This is for those who want more of a challenge. We start at the
