So….
I’ve made the difficult decision to finally close the dog walking business at the end of June.
My body needs a rest (which has been clear from my recent stretch on crutches), and having to find a new house & looking after my dad are both proving pretty stressful…so now is the time to simplify my work life.
I will be honouring all commitments up to the school summer holidays.
I’ve loved walking the dogs over the years and have made friends with the pups and many of their humans.
Plenty of great memories and hopefully happy dogs! 🐶🐾❤️

Can’t thank everyone enough for their patience following my accident at the beginning of the month.
I’ve had 2.5 weeks on crutches and hobbling round, but now after a week off them, rehab is well underway.
Bruising almost gone except for black patch by my toes. Been walking more each day, (up to about 25 mins but still stiff & slow).
Hoping to crack on this week, (no pun intended!), with some return to short walks for the wee dogs the week after. Well that’s the plan anyway.
Thanks for your kind messages, helping with errands, gifts and ongoing support.
Much appreciated.
Onwards & upwards..I hope 😊🐶🐾

There will be no afternoon walks this week (4th & 6th) as I’m going to take a couple of half days while I have less dogs for the holidays.
I’ll also be introducing a new online payment & booking system next month.

He was found between Peebles & Eddleston this morning.

As some of you may know, unfortunately we have been given notice to vacate our rented property at the end of April as the landlord has decided to sell.
We’ve only been given 2 months notice, so as you can imagine, everything is a bit manic as we’ve currently nowhere to go.
I’m therefore not able to take anymore bookings for dogs just now,(and at least until I know if we’ve got somewhere to go to!).
So apologies if you don’t get a reply to an enquiry for a bit.
It’s a pretty stressful time and I’m just trying to keep my head above the water whilst furiously paddling underneath.
