Yani's friends is a bespoke service that has all relevant CRB checks, are fully insured with over 15 years experience in the animal sector with rescue and rehabilitation being the front line of this experience. As well as experience i also have a degree in Animal behaviour and Welfare, have recently completed the Pro Dog trainer programme with Absolute Dogs and am now working towards becoming an A

pplied Zoopharmacognosy practitioner. We will also be continuing our behaviour services through one-one consultation, both online and in-person, workshops and online classes. 💜💫 Happy New Year’s Eve 💜💫

So to me today is just another day, as it’s not a date I celebrate whatsoever, my actual beginning of the new year is in the Spring.

However, I am closing out a huge cycle by the end of play this evening energetically ready to move onto the newer energies of 2025.

This year for me like it has been for many in the collective has been one of my toughest to date.

It’s been a year which should have been one of adventure but it saw me face my darkest shadows and some of my toughest lessons.

What do I take away from this year?

I survived.

I made it through and said good bye to the person that I became to get me through the past however many years and I gained a little shadow that has kept me going and shown me a fight for life like no other.

And I can honestly say this boy has saved me not once but twice this year.

So if you have had a tough year, with more downs then ups, I hear you and just know we made it.

We have gone through that dark tunnel and come out the other side, stronger, possibly with a dark sense of humour in tact and a handful of people that just understand you on a deeper level like no others.

Didn’t get to your goals?

Neither did I

Am I going to compare myself to others and their achievements?

No.

Am I disappointed over that fact?

No.

Because even though externally, it looks like I have achieved nothing this year, I have become the strongest version of myself.
I burnt everything to the ground and have danced in the ashes all to align myself back to self. If you have done the same, be proud of that fact 😊

I have no idea what 2025 is going to bring, but what I do know is that it’s going to be a year of full transformation, and standing in my own power just like I wish for collective.

🐶❄️ Connections ❄️🐶

Have you all had a lovely Christmas?

I am not back to work yet as enjoying my downtime with plenty of books and a new coffee machine 🥴 but dropping in with a little sneaky offer in time for the new year.

2025 is all about embracing change, at what level you wish embrace this change will look different to each and every individual.
Now I am tweaking plans as to how I work moving forward and all will be revealed in good time.

However the first step out of my comfort zone is to work with animal guardians in a different way then I normally have and that’s at an energetic level.
Now you will be reading this and thinking, you already do that.

And yes I do, but I won’t be the one communicating with your animal.

I am being called to guide others to what everyone has the capability to do.
To communicate and understand their animal guardians on a deeper level.

This will only speak to those that it’s a meant to and if your called to explore a different path then this could be the thing to kick off your 2025.

what is included:

🐾 You will be in the comfort of your home which you can have set up however you wish as this is not a training class but with a focus on energetics and wellness.

💜 As to the full details of what is included, we will be exploring the unspoken areas of our journey with our canines and how we can connect with them on a deeper level.

⭐️ I will also guide you to explore communicating with your canine (or any other animal that shares your path) as everyone has the ability to do this. You only have to be open to exploring it.

❄️💫 Happy Winter’s Solstice 💫❄️

As we mark the longest night of the year, it’s only fitting that we also use this powerful portal for reflecting and releasing what won’t be coming with us into the unfolding of 2025.

As I have said before this for me has been a somewhat of a rough year. It’s been dark, full of healing, releasing patterns and working through the grungy aspects of self that we often shut away or simply ignore.
And I know this is a similar feeling for many in the collective as such conversations have crossed my path like they have for many.

I have gone through fits and starts with content over the past few months and it won’t have gone un noticed as it never does, and there are many reasons for this that I won’t get into just now. However, a conversation that I had recently, stirred something and it is about the healing elements of self.

We go through multiple rebirths in our lifetime, more so when you walk a healing path, and I have said it before it’s not for everyone. This path will look different for each individual as it’s meant to.

It’s your path.

However when you heal you will never become the person you once were. Your not meant to.

You go through a rebirth.

You honour your former self for getting you through those times, those tests, for enduring that part of your path. And once you honour your former self, you lay that version of you to rest and you step into the unknown.

That new version of you.

So as we step into this wintering phase, take time and reflect on what’s come up this year.
What have your canine guardians been teaching you throughout the year?

What final things needs released (nothing beats a good burning 🔥 session), ready to step into a new season in 2025.

And just like that we are in the final countdown to Christmas, and what a wild year it’s been.

That’s us all wrapped up for the year (besides a morning training session tomorrow) and now settling into a rest and recharge phase ready for the adventures of 2025, whatever they may hold.

Me and the canine gang are off from 21st December til the 8th January (will answer any messages from 6th January), for some much needed recharge time.

With all the Christmas fairs out the way in the local area, the pooches still have some of their bundles and offers available for delivery into the local area or can be posted further afield.

Cut off for postage will be tomorrow as I am off to the post office with the final boxes being sent away to their lucky pups to make sure everything arrives in time for Santa paws coming on 24/12.

Everything included has been fully approved by the 4-legged team here that keep me on my toes, and offer a lovely selection in keeping with the festive period.

Ideal for those new to the natural journey with the canine and suitable for those that are well versed in the same arena.

🐶💙 Berezi update 💙🐶

Hello peoples.

My human said i could update you all with my antics, even though it’s not been that long since the last one.

So I has been embracing my adolescence and left my ears somewhere so I ignore my human most of the time or give her the look that says why are youz talking to me.
She says i am being a 😈😈 but i has no idea what she means, I just like to have fun.

I has also been out and about into my normal haunts and my human says I make up for my attitude when I am good as gold in public. Well not on our walks..I like to bark loudly at air on those 🥴😳🤦‍♀️

It’s not all been good fun though, i has been struggling with my back legs after my latest growth spurt and have hidden it very well until my human gave me a warm shower (I rolled in a dead thing 😂😂). She says I remind her of Miss Yani for being able to hide it so well.

I has needed extra cuddles but only when the rest of the gang are about and my human has popped me onto some pain relief to keep me comfortable whilst she looks for some extra bits to keep me comfortable,
I also has a couple of pj options to keep my joints cozy in this colder weather and my human says I can ask Santa paws for a full legged equafleece. I had no idea what she means but it sounds snuggly.
I have also set her out on the hunt for a new bed to help keep me ultra comfortable so if anyone has any recommendations please let her know.

In the new year, the human says I will be going to hydrotherapy as the river is out until the Warmer weather returns.

And that’s me for now. I am still living my best life, and don’t let anything hold me back. I am just glitching a little at the moment but am getting the extra tlc to keep me in tip top shape

🐶💜 Perspective 💜🐶

How are we all doing?

Are you all feeling the energy shifting? More settled? More tired then usual? Canines and other animals acting out of character?

Our canine guardians alongside other animals we share our lives with are more open to the connections than many humans are, they accept the differences in vibration, the flow of nature, the shifts in frequencies.

Yes it will impact them just the way it does us. They simply don’t fight against it as much as we do.

I have been quieter in the social media front over the last few days for the only reason that I have been working with all the shifts in energies, adjusting to the new balance of things and then supporting Mr. Berezi with his stuff (I will let him tell you all about it) 💙

But I figured I would drop in and let’s talk about perspective for a minute.

You see I have spoken about your journey being unique to you and your canine before.
That’s because it is.
But also your perspective will be unique to you as well and that’s why comparison to others is nothing more then a waste of energy.

Your perspective is unique.

This is even down to the colours you see.

There is lots going on in the world to try and manipulate the human collective, to shift focus. To keep everyone in a certain mindset.
The feelings that this pulls up will have an impact on your journey with your canine guardian as they will of course feel the shift in your energy.

None of it, is as it seems.

So when you feel yourself getting caught in the thoughts, when you feel yourself comparing your journey to others, or maybe you are being criticised by those around you.

Always remember, that their perspective is unique to them, just as it is to you.

Realign your focus to you and your path.

Socialising your puppy doesn’t mean allowing it to say hello to everyone and everything. Nor does it mean it has to play with every other dog!

Do this with your puppy and you will have an adolescent who will leave you tearing your hair out 🥴🥴

This is a project that has come through via the dogs and will shift as it grows as there is a few different layers to it that will be becoming about but you will have to stick around for any of that info.

However yesterday, I was out and about in the local area at a Christmas fair with the first level of this sideline.
Deluxe natural treat boxes and Christmas specials.
Now of course all the items included in these boxes and Santa paws sacks have been personally tested by the canine team who all approve.

We are keeping things simple with our introductory boxes and of course given the time of year it was only fitting we got something pulled together from Santa paws too, as every pooch deserves to be spoilt this Christmas and what better way then with something completely tried and tested, without any hidden nasties to boot.

💜🐶 Create a deeper connection 💜🐶

Did you know that anyone can do animal communication?

It is thought of as a gift and it truly is, but everyone has the ability to do this, it’s just a case of learning how to embody it fully, sit with it.
The issue lies in the space that we are told by society that such gifts are nonsense, that it isn’t possible.

Why?

Usually it comes from a place of fear.

Fear of the unknown

Fear of stepping into embracing an unknown power that many shy away from.

You lock it away in a tight little box because you don’t want the judgement that comes with it.

But oh how the tides are turning and if you have felt like the world has shifted on its axis of late then welcome to the shifts.

We are moving away from the old ways, and are being opened up to a completely different way of being.

One that is in flow, in connection, in creation and one about stepping fully into your individual power that will in turn help the collective energies.

This will sound far out there for many, and will land exactly where it is meant to, but if you are questioning your connection with your canine or animal guardians are you ready to explore just how deep you can create this connection?

If you can sense in your gut that something is amiss with your animal or canine guardian or simply wonder why they are doing and they appear…you are tuned in.

How are we at the end of November?! And what a month it’s been and on so many levels that if your anything like me you feel like you have been put through your paces, possibly questioning everything that you once felt was right or perhaps you have hit that oddly calm energy even though you have no idea what the next steps look like or hold.

Earlier this month I floated the idea of a creating connections class which gained a lot of interest but the timing felt off, and I won’t lie the energies surrounding the original location are also off the more I have sat with it. I have also Listened to some of my canines who have been very chatty over the last few days wanting their input to be involved so let’s reshuffle it slightly.

This offering will now be an online one only, why I hear you ask?
Because it will find those and be open as an option for those questioning or willing to go deeper on their journey and location should never matter.

I will also be massively shifting how I work over the course of the next month so watch this space for everything on that 😊

💖🐶 Become their world 💙🐶

Everyone wants to rush this process and chase instant results when it comes to the journey with their canine guardian.

We put high expectations on our pups right from the off and sometimes that expectation is simply too much.

Some need time, they need to bond with you and it doesn’t come overnight, a true bond can take weeks, if not months to build if you have a dog that is more sensitive then others.

Then you have those individuals that will choose their human and once they have merged with their person they become your shadow and it’s a bond like no other.
They connect with you on so many levels and are often right there in your heart and soul.
The connection just lands that little bit different and until you have had that connection and bond it’s a hard one to explain.

So regardless if you have that soul dog, a heart dog, the dog that will bring you so many lessons completely shifting your perspective, or the canine that has intertwined its path with yours, take time and build the strongest bond you can.

Because that is the true secret to the strongest foundations you can have with any canine guardian.

No there is no quick fix, no instant gratification, no short cuts.

Just do the work, take the time and build that strong bond with your canine guardian.

It’s always a super exciting time bringing a new puppy or dog into your life.

It is a new adventure after all.

One usually filled with ups and downs.
And more often then not when we get so far down that path with our little canine guardian we can feel like it’s all going haywire.
It could be that it appears someone else is doing more then you and their dog is strides ahead.
It could be so and so down the street has left you questioning something with your canine.

But guess what. Your journey is unique.

It is unique to the both of you and anyone else’s opinion is irrelevant.

You are exactly at the point in which you are at with your canine.

Yes there will be areas to work on and build. There will be areas stronger then others and their will be areas that your both have nailed.

Stay on your journey. Stay true to you & your canine guardian and simply enjoy the journey.

🔮💜 Reflection 💜🔮

I saw a quote recently that said

‘You know my name, not my story’

And it landed in the feels especially after everything this year has thrown out.

You see this year for me, like many has been down into the darkest circles of my shadows to heal and explore what needed to be released and what change was coming forward, ultimately all needing to happen.
And the last month to 6 weeks has been the biggest breakthroughs for me personally and speaking to those within my tighter circles there is definitely a theme running in the collective.

From my stance, this year has shown me the lessons that I have been blind to, the true colours of many which in turn triggered some of my darkest shadows (and let me tell you they are dark), and the toxicity of an industry that I once loved.

The dog industry like many others, has a dark side fuelled by ego, and it’s only saving grace is that the only thing everyone can agree on is the canine themselves.
If this triggers those feathers then sit with that feeling as there is gold in those shadows, that I can promise you.

However in turn, I have found a strength that I never knew I had, a very tight community (you know who you are) that have become part of a soul tribe, and a little dog that has such a zest & fight for life that he has kept me in the here & now, reigniting some of the fire I had lost, whilst breaking down some of my tallest walls.

We are often quick to judge, quick to slander and gossip, tearing people down without giving a second thought to what may be going on behind the scenes or the demons that someone fights on a daily basis.

So I am going to change that quote from I to they.

‘You know their name, but you don’t know their story’

If you find yourself judging someone, wanting to tear up their life because you think you know them. Stop and ask yourself why you feel the need to because I can assure you, it says more about yourself than the person you are tearing to shreds.

I am still on this journey as it’s a lifetime work and none of us have all the answers. Healing isn’t for everyone as it’s dark and brutal, but with it comes a shift in perspective and we can all do better.

Be kind, look within, do better and keep those that have lost their fight to those inner demons in your thoughts.

Now this post is really aimed at all puppy owners as your starting place, however it is also a fantastic place to start if your canine has little to no interest in you when outdoors. The only difference is use a long line on an adult dog and utilise enclosed fields if you feel more comfortable for this step. Both can also be utilised for puppy parents too for piece of mind. Your bond with your canine is the most important step to ANYTHING you wish to do with your canine. Don’t rush it. Don’t avoid it or skip it. 🐶⭐️ Top Tip Tuesday ⭐️🐶 Let’s talk crate training your puppy and how to get it started. Now this has come about as I am crate training the remaining cockapoo puppies and it is a lifeskill I hear so many struggling with and it really doesn’t have to be a negative or a struggle point. Now this will be a series I will break down over the week and will add some trouble shooting that you may come up against as well as how to get those successful outcomes. The very first step for crate training is simply having the crate set up all nice and cosy looking so it becomes like a mini den for your pup/canine. Having it there, many will explore such a space on their own accord.
