Can we remind everyone that when placing a booking for the kennels Β£50 deposit is due on confirmation, you will receive this within 2hours of booking. The system has now been set to cancel bookings that do not receive deposits.
You will receive your balance reminder email with payment link 2 weeks before your dogs stay.
If you are booking daycare the full amount is due on confirmation.
