This year we’ve had a few people cancel at the last minute, which really does mess up our diary, we’ve had to let other people down because people are booked in, we had to sort our own family and pets out to go out to work, I didn’t take deposits before but I’m sorry to say I’m going to have to take £60 deposits for house/pet sitting from now on…. This is our business and we rely on our bookings, we have had a really positive and busy 2024 and have a even busier 2025.
The impact of cancellations last minute not only effect our personal plans with our own four legged friends but also people wanting to use our services at ease

We’ve been looking after the gawjus Mr Dru since last week, today he went on a run with one of our own, the gawjus Mr Yogi Bear, Dru was absolutely amazing, running around and playing with his new best friend yogi, yogis not your normal working border collie he loves nothing more than licking baby lambs back to life and running for hills away from big sheep 🐑 a big scaredy cat deep down, but the best dog when it comes to other dogs, especially if they are reactive, or scared, but they made the best of friends today which was lovely ###

While myself and shakira was away in a beautiful part of Carmarthenshire Kaiden was down in boncath looking after these beautiful animals, while there lovely owners was away at the winter fair in buith wells showing there piggies 🐷 till next time guys be good xx

Just so beautiful and peaceful, we had all 4 seasons in 12 days, but it didn’t upset us as the place was to beautiful but even better in the frost and snow ❄️ looked ever so pretty but down came the rain and washed it all away!! ###

While we was at the sanctuary this morning we had a little feathered friend turn up from behind a piece of metal, he was very calm, we thought he might of been injured, so we scooped the little feller up I checked his little wings, his little feet, and his tail, to find nothing was wrong with him, so I put him on some old straw and p**p to find himself some wormies for his breakfast, 🪱 after speaking to a friend about him we found out what bird 🦅 he was and he was a redwing bird, but a late chick who was exhausted and hungry, so fingers crossed after he finds some food he will fly off to be with his family….###

This ole girl Mary, truely stole my heart, she’s a little old donkey that came to the sanctuary a little while ago, followed me round while cleaning the barn always came for her daily cuggle and scratches, she really is the sweetest little donkey I’ve ever come across, the sanctuary if anyone doesn’t know where it is, is located just on the outskirts of whitland, they have a lovely cafe, with very friendly caring people, who love each and every animal to bits, so if your looking for an hour or two out either to relax or take the kids somewhere take a trip down to the The Wonky Donkey Cafe, Community Farm and Sanctuary every penny spent in cafe goes to the care of the wonderful animals, as they say “every penny helps” keep an eye on the dates they are open guys!! ###

So this week we’ve had the pleasure of looking after all the wonderful friendly animals at The Wonky Donkey Cafe, Community Farm and Sanctuary to where we have given them our care, love, 🥰 and cuddles, we have enjoyed every minute of it, even every kiss and cuddle we’ve received from the donkeys 🫏 and sheep 🐑 and goats 🐐 we will truely miss u all, till next time guys, be good my beautiful friends. 🐐🫏🐑 🐴🐷 🦙 ###
