Moss bumped into his new friend, Cooper, last week!
Took a few minutes for courage to build, but Moss went over to say hello and that was that, friends! They joined us for the whole walk which gave Moss a much needed confidence boost! Thanks Cooper, for being such a good sport! 😁

I am so proud of this lad!! 🥰
Just over 3 months ago he was suffering with severe anxiety to the point he was too scared to leave his own house, and sadly hadn't done for nearly 4 years.
After 3 weeks of gentle persuasion and trust building exercises, he finally realised the world outside was worth exploring and that I was a safe friend to have around 😁!

He finally stepped outside and so began our outside training 🐕‍🦺. Adjustment to all the noise, different smells, cars and other people was tough for him to begin with and very overwhelming, but patient we remained and oh my...

He now loves his walks and gets so, so excited to get out and about, he is getting much better with traffic and has even slowly been allowing other dogs, that I've introduced him to, approach him to say hello. He is even responding incredibly well to whistle commands and we've even done a little off lead work with amazing results!!

And to top it off - today was the first day he'd allowed a total stranger and their dog to come over to say hello, and the man even petted Moss on the head!! 😁
I am so happy for this lad, getting back on his feet and experiencing life as he should be, and to see that joy in his face when he knows it is time for walkies! We still have some things to tackle, but he is giving it his all and facing it all head on 💪
Moss you are a total superstar 🤩
