Hey everyone, so sorry I have been so quiet for the past month 😬. As most of you probably already know, I have had to take a break from dog walking after having bilateral knee arthroscopies due to large complex medial meniscus tears on both knees 🥺.

I’m 3.5 weeks into recovery and feeling much stronger and the mobility of the knees has improved greatly over the past 10 days.

Everyone of my family, friends and pooch families have been amazing and the support you have given me has helped me so much ❤️. Thank you ❤️❤️

This week I have started a gradual return to dog walking, with some of my ‘home alone’ pooches ❤️. These walks have all been taken place at the Collar Club Secure Field and we have all loved it! Such a safe and secure area for all of us ❤️

Walks will be gradually built up over the next few weeks, as my consultant has told me I’m doing too much already 😬. I am listening to him (honestly I am 🤪) as I need these knees to be back on top form!
