WHAT A YEAR !!

Not the end to the year that we would have liked, never mind 🤧 Christmas is still my absolute favourite time of the year. I like to reflect on everything that has happened to see what can be improved on and what has worked really well. I am so proud of how much my business has grown in such a short period of time and I am excited to continue to watch it grow. Thanks to all my lovely clients old and new for the continued support, it really means a lot. It’s been amazing grooming all the dogs and I am looking forward to seeing them all again in 2024 !

Over 800 dog grooms later and the 2023 working year has finished. Il be back in the salon on January 4th, until then I hope everyone has the best Christmas and new year.

Unfortunately both me and my husband are unwell and testing positive for Covid 😖. Less than ideal with only a few working days left to go. Just taking each day as it comes but I am pretty sure il need to cancel the rest of my clients until January with how unwell we are. Il let the rest of my clients that are booked for tomorrow know tonight if I will make it in to work. Thanks Amy.

One of my very lovely and talented clients has made up bandannas for dog collars. There are so many different beautiful designs to choose from. They have a different design on each side and are made with gorgeous long lasting fabric. She didn’t take any money from me for these but we decided that these will be for sale and all money made from these will go to the Edinburgh cat and dog home 🥰

My husband doesn’t work on Fridays and is usually kicking around when I am grooming the dogs. Dogs booked in on Fridays often receive a therapy session with Craig 🤣❤️

Deshedding is one of my favourite things to do in dog grooming, so satisfying getting all that dead coat out 😍 even your short haired dogs need grooming 😀! Well done Lexi 🐶
