A lot of people ask about what happens to your pet after you contact me.
I’d like to explain the process.
Once you make contact, either by phone,message or email, which ever way you are comfortable with,
I will personally collect your precious pet swiftly from your home or your vets.
I can collect them in their bed or blanket and these will be returned to you later should you wish.
Your pet can can take a favourite toy with them if you like.
I transport your pet in a private 4x4 to my home on the family farm In beautiful Perthshire.
Every pet gets some paw prints taken along with a locket of hair if desired.
Every pet gets an individual cremation service on the day of collection and and are safely placed in one of our scatter tubes or caskets for return home to you the very next day.
I personally return each pet home at a time to suit.

Remember to - keep your dogs hydrated💧 avoid mid day walks☀️ and keep them little paws off hot pavements! 🐾 if your dog is showing signs of heatstroke please take them to the vet 👩🏼‍⚕️

☀️ ⚠️ Summer is almost upon us and we wanted to remind you of the heatstroke signs to look out for:

🔹 Excessive drooling
🔹 Bright red gums
🔹 Heavy panting
🔹 Weakness
🔹 Vomiting
🔹 Diarrhoea
🔹 Collapsing

Acting quickly is key if you spot the signs of heatstroke. Cool your dog with cool but not icy water and contact a vet immediately.

Have you checked your pet for ticks lately? 🚫

As the warmer weather makes ticks more active, it's important to check your pet frequently for these nasty bugs which can transmit diseases, especially if they're not removed promptly.

✅ Check your pets everyday by running your hands over their body to feel for lumps or bumps
✅ Invest in a tick removal device
✅ Speak to your vet about tick control

As the weather warms up, it can take its toll on your dog and cause heatstroke.

Whilst any dog can develop heatstroke, those with thick-coats and larger and flat nosed breeds can be more susceptible.

To keep your pet happy and healthy as temperatures increase, please make sure of the following:

🔹 That your pet has plenty of fresh water to drink
🔹 Provide adequate ventilation and shade
🔹 Avoid walks in the middle of the day
🔹 Never leave dogs in vehicles

Beautiful Staffy x looking for a new home 😍🏠

AGE - 2.5 years
S*X - Female
BREED - Staffy x
STATUS - Available
GOOD WITH CATS - No
GOOD WITH DOGS - Usually, when out on a walk
GOOD WITH CHILDREN - Older children
Skye has been handed in because she was fighting with the other dog in the house. She does resource guard toys/objects and that’s how the scraps started happening.

She is a super friendly girl with people, but she couldn’t be homed with young children as she is so bouncy and boisterous!

Because of her tendency to guard toys/sticks/other objects we will be stipulating that Skye will need to be the only pet in the home and she will need to be muzzled when interacting with other dogs out on a walk. She can be walked with and introduced to other dogs and is friendly, so doesn’t have to be kept away from them, the muzzle is a precaution.

Skye would love a decent sized, enclosed garden to run and play with her toys in.
