We cater for all needs and requirements, offering a bespoke service. In a calm and relaxed atmosphere, incorporating state of the art equipment used by an experienced groomer whom has a natural affinity with animals, offering an unrivalled bond and empathy with your pet. With over 40 years experience in showing and preparation of Dogs, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs and Rats. Attention to detail in every aspect and our passion, that has been our key to success. We work with Veterinary practices and Dog Trainers, having being likened to a 'Dog whisperer' - if I can't then no one can!. City & Guilds qualified, Experienced and Insured. I have been the Grooming Lecturer, Tutor, Assessor and Course Manager for City & Guilds at the Newton Rigg College in Cumbria, having taken over the position in September 2015 until the College closure in July 2021.

Please take advantage of my sessions with any breed of dog to stop them chasing and killing livestock. All pet dogs should be on leads in the countryside. Especially at lambing time .

A few years ago, we groomed ‘Barney - the Blue Peter Dog’.
Hilda M Lee painted an Oil portrait of Barney, this was subsequently stolen along with many other paintings and items from the artists home.
🌟 It was Hilda’s wish that ‘Barney’ go to Helen Skelton, Barneys owner. This is one of several paintings STILL missing. 🌟
REWARD offered for their return to the family who have been devastated by the theft.

We are very excited to be welcoming the Pet Blood Bank team to the practice for our first blood donation session.

We’re looking for lovely dogs to come forward and donate at this session. If your dog meets the criteria below, they could become a lifesaving blood donor

Between the ages of 1 and 8 Weigh over 25kg Fit and healthy Happy, confident, and enjoy meeting new people
