Hi All

Going forward just a polite notice that for any No Shows or Same Day Cancellations, there will be a 100% Charge of the Full Groom and must be paid before the next Rescheduled Appointment is booked.

Appointment Slots are very precious and I am running a Waiting List for December and last minute No Shows or Cancellations mean someone waiting could potentially miss out on a Full Groom if I can't fill the slot on that day or they can't get to me the same day.

Greta reeaallllyyyy wanted a photo but she's abit big for the Pumpkin Patch but there's no size-ism here so we managed to squeeze her in 🥰😂

Tonight we did something a little bit different and special.... Ace is a 12 week old Cockerpoo and his Mummy has never owned a dog before so wanted to learn how to handle him when she's bathing and brushing him in between grooms; so Ace's Mummy and Ace had a joint First Puppy Groom! We talked about how to correctly bathe and dry so Ace wasn't stressed but was reassured and remained calm at all times, following how to clean his ears and clip his nails and trimming in front of his beautiful eyes 🐾 It was lovely to meet you both Ace and a really big WELL DONE on your first Puppy Groom! ♥️
