Mabel turns 2 - not quite sure how this happened 🫶🏻 I miss the puppy stage so much, they’re just the most beautiful dogs but they definitely don’t stay small for long! I’d love to have some Mabel babies but unsure how I’d ever be able to let them all go ☹️.

A Mabel appreciation post -
Mabel is my 19 month old St. Bernard, who is the most loyal and loving dog. She’s great with all dogs, children, cats, sheep and horses - tried and tested so far 🤣. She weighs over 50kg and eats a fair amount 🫣. For her size she is very athletic but spends more time tripping up or sleeping. I hope to have some Mabel puppies in the future, as long as all health tests come back perfect. They make the best family pets, I just love her 🤍

St. Bernard fun facts 💭

1. The name Saint Bernard – or St Bernard – was not adopted until 1888. Before then, they were referred to as Alpine Mastiffs
2. They are Switzerland's national dog
3. They don't do well in the heat – but their warm and water repellent coats are great for the snow and ice
4. They didn't carry brandy around their necks during rescues. This myth is thought to come from Edwin Landseer's 1820 painting, 'Alpine Mastiffs Reanimating a Traveller'
5. They are actually even larger nowadays than they originally were
6. One of the most famous dogs in film was a Saint Bernard – Beethove

A coat of dreams 💭 Ziggy is an Australian labradoodle with an active lifestyle, who also wears a harness. His mum keeps his coat in perfect condition and regularly groomed by me - no tugs or matting in sight. We can still keep him looking super fluffy but tidy. Regular maintenance of the coat keeps your pup comfortable and makes the grooming process a lot more enjoyable 🤍💭

This beautiful boy has gone missing from the Craigie area of Perth.

He has been seen on Glenearn Road and Gleneagles Road.

He is a very nervous rescue dog who is scared of men. Under no circumstances chase, call or shout on him.

He is chipped and still may have his lead attached.

If sighted do not approach and call us immediately on 07432 368 792.

Please note the area he was seen, the time and direction headed.

Buddy the dog missing from the Craigie area of Perth has been found safe! His pal Barney was a very clever boy and assisted in his search. A huge thank you everyone for all your help and support ❤️🐾
