Happy new year to all my lovely clients! Also a belated merry Christmas! I have been down with a chest infection but slowly starting to get better in plenty time for the arrival of my little one ❤️ I hope you all are having a lovely festive period, just wanted to say a huge thanks again for all the support and custom over this last year. It’s definitely been a difficult one, here’s to a healthy, happy 2025 and I’ll see you all in April time 🌈❤️

This little one has been causing chaos in my life since about 10 weeks gestation 🤣🥰 I have let all customers know who were booked that I unfortunately had to come off on maternity leave early due to pregnancy related ill health! Everyone has been so supportive and kind, I really appreciate my lovely customers ❤️ I will keep everyone updated with regards to when my diary reopens and of course the birth of my little! Give all those pooches a big kiss from me and the bump. ###

Hello everyone, I have been very quiet on the social media front for a few months! I am delighted to announce I am expecting my first child in Feb 2025. Most clients already know but for those that don't....

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank my loyal customers who have supported me through this ivf journey and when iv been so poorly during the first 15 weeks. It doesn't go unnoticed! It's been extremely difficult to manage work and myself being so ill at times.

Thankfully I am alot better now and nearly half way through my pregnancy I hope it stays like that.

With regards to work, my intentions are to work until Christmas then take a few months out. Then return in April part time. All going well.

I am currently in the middle of organising whether or not the business will keep going while I'm off. Once decisions have been made, all clients will be notified of the plan going forward.
But for now, there is no need to cancel any booked appointments for rest of this year. I still want too and need to work till as far on as I physically can 🥰

Ear plucking - some do, some don’t. There is a constant conflict of opinions in the groomers world around ear plucking. I personally do pluck ears if they require it. Especially your doodle cross breeds or poodles etc. It’s super important to keep the dogs ear canal free of built up hair, to allow air flow into the ear and decrease the potential for ear infections. 🐾🥰

So it’s not been a great start to the year at The Dog Lassie HQ…. First I was poorly, now my van is poorly and is off the road! I have no idea what’s wrong or when it will be up and running. Anybody know affected has been contacted and very understanding. From a very stressed out dog lassie!! 🐾😭
