What a fantastic night at the Scotland British Eventing Ball! Lots of fun with family and friends.
Feeling very proud and honoured for James to be awarded The George Crawford Endeavour Award.
Thankyou to all who nominated James and thought of him a worthy winner.
A huge Thankyou to Cameron and Mary Crawford who presented the award in memory of George and for the very generous training bursary supported by the George Crawford Legacy Trust.

The George Crawford Legacy Trust was set up in memory of George who died following a road accident at the tragically young age of 20. The trust aims to provide opportunities for young people, of all abilities, and from all walks of life, to reach their full potential. Especially those with the drive and determination to achieve a better outcome for themselves.

The Crawford family want George’s beautiful spirit for life to live on through The George Crawford Legacy Trust supporting young people individually and through charitable groups. The development of The Trust is only made possible thanks to the overwhelming support and encouragement from too many people to mention. The Trust is run by a board of trustees nominated by the Crawford family.

THANKYOU!!
to all the volunteers and competitors that have made our new Derby competition such a success.
Qualifiers for the Pony Club Area Arena Eventing Finals 2025 were incorporated in 70cm - 1m and a fun team’s competition of mixed height members.
Riders came from far and wide …we were honoured to have competitors from as far as
NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MULL, ARGYLL, INVERNESS, ABERDEENSHIRE, THE BORDERS, DUMFRIES, AYRSHIRE
Well done all!
After such a success we are delighted to announce we will run an
🍁AUTUMN BONANZA WEEKEND 🍁
Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th October
Details to follow but will include lots of facilities and tuition from Sarah.

open to suggestions of what riders would like and I will try to tailor make a weekend of Autumn fun before the 🥶 sets in !

Feeling very honoured to have received today the Grass Sickness Silver Salver Award for fundraising achievements towards Equine Grass Sickness. Our annual hunter trials in aid of Grass Sickness started in 2012 and huge thanks must go to all the volunteers, competitors, family, sponsors and whole network team that make these milestones so special. So Thankyou to everyone that has contributed to helping Strathearn Eventing receive this award. Todays conference was inspiring and educational with the most amazing scientists.Thankyou for a wonderful day day ...but please everyone support our next hunter trials Sunday 28th May.…..we will keep striving forward to find the cause and cure..

There is ❄️ all around us but we seem to have held the 🌞 all week Supposed to have been at Oasby today for first event but sadly due to ❄️ it was cancelled. So back at home we enjoyed fantastic conditions, space for Xc hires this weekend whilst we have the 🌞..it may not last ! Video is todays office view..
