We appear to have been entered into a competition!

Not usually ones for putting ourselves forward in these scenarios, a few of our lovely customers have alerted us of the competition and thought other might like to vote too. We now have afternoon slots available today in Old Quarry Field for anyone looking for somewhere to enjoy a walk in the crisp winter sunshine.

Book a dog walking field at Grange Farm, Wittering near Peterborough. Book a 30 minute or 60 minute session for your dogs to enjoy some play time.

Good morning
Old Quarry Field is now open! Our long awaited second dog paddock is now open and taking bookings. Much like Woodview Paddock, our second paddock offers you approximately three acres of securely fenced, well kept grass space.
You can book sessions in the new paddock in the usual way, via www.gfdogfields.co.uk

Things to mention...
We have plans to install a shelter for those wet, windy or very hot days. With winter around the corner, we will get this in place as soon as we can.
We will also be adding new planting to give the field the same sheltered and secluded feel as Woodview Paddock.

Plans are also afoot for the installation of some permanent dog agility style obstacles. These will appear one by one over the next few months.

You many also notice that sessions are not routinely available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday dates. This is to enable us to install the above mentioned facilities over the coming months, but also to allow for one of our other onsite activities to take place. Anyone who might be keen for slots in Old Quarry Field on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday should check the booking system 24 hours or less before each day as it may be possible for us to open up slots on a week by week basis.

Work has started on the second dog field here at Grange Farm, Wittering. We can't wait to get this finished so that we can open up more booking slots.
Comment below if you have a suggestion for the name of this second paddock to go along with the first being 'Woodview Paddock'

News from the field...

Our booking slots have just been extended to 8pm once again. The 7pm and 7:30pm slots are now available in the booking app.

Plans are now well underway for our second dog field, along with a number of other new features and facilities that we hope will enhance the experience for you and your doggies. We'll keep you posted with our progress and timescales, but if you have any suggestions for our new field, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]

Finally, our paddock slots are 30 minutes and one hour in length. These time slots include your entry and exit to/from the field and parking areas. Please plan your sessions accordingly and help us to keep our busy days moving along to schedule. It has been suggested that we might shorten the sessions to 25 minutes and 55 minutes respectively to allow for an 'easier' changeover. Again, we'd welcome thoughts on this via message or email.

We've been working hard in this cold, wet and miserable weather... so now we would like to introduce to you THE DOG HOUSE!

Our spacious hut is now in the dog paddock for you to sit and take shelter in these dark and wintery months, whilst your dogs play in our secure field.

Other features include:
* 6ft high fence
* catch pen
* secure car parking compound
* biodegradable dog poo bags
* dog watering and washing point
* toy box
* straw bale stack and logs

Thank you for visiting our new page! We are excited to announce that our dog walking field is ready for its first customers.

Woodview Paddock is located at Wittering Grange, Old Oundle Rd, nr Wansford, Peterborough PE8 6NR, sharing its home with Grange Farm Equestrian Centre and Grange Farm Weddings and Events.

Our first dedicated dog walking paddock has been chosen for the its scenic and peaceful surroundings and we hope will offer you a safe space in which you and your dog/s can relax and enjoy some play time.
