10 days with Joey and his pink unicorn π₯°
When Joey, my friend's 11 mths old Frenchie, came to stay with me, he was a little anxious which made him scratch for a start. I quickly found tying his smallest blanket around him worked to settle him in.
He soon became an avid gardener down the allotment everyday and digging became his favourite hobby. He even had his own stool in the shed π€
Wherever we went he made an impact on humans and dogs alike. His favourites were Darryl and his children, Stanley and his big mate Barry.
Diane, was an absolute angel for bottling up a solution called Hibiscrub, to help clean Joey's itchy areas before using his prescribed cream he came with. Hibiscrub came from Stamford Vets who specialise in Bulldog breeds. It cleared up by the time he went home, so I highly recommended it.
By the time Joey left, he had taught me so much about the bulldog breed, with regards to training, feeding and how he preferred to drink (I had to line up his food and use a plastic bowl with cold water from the kettle to encourage him to drink more).
I hope you enjoy some of Joey's filmed adventures and pictures in the comments below β€οΈ
It's been a while since I saw a swarm of Bees.

Best way to keep cool π
Ouch... Now that stung the backs off my legs!! My trousers were wet through, but I had a bloody good coat on which kept the rest of me dry, thankfully π¦π¨π¬οΈπ¨οΈπ§οΈπ§π«οΈβοΈ
I managed to get to the drain yesterday although it was a bit smelly and sticky underfoot. I wasn't the first π£ and πΎπΎ there βΊοΈ
