Let’s get some of your children on our waiting list riding! Please contact us if you are around & would like a trial lesson while there are extra lessons in Half term!

Children’s extra Half Term Riding lessons:
Own a Pony/Horse for a Day!
Tuesday & Thursday:
🦄 Pony mornings:
9.30a.m - 1.00p.m £25.00.
Grooming, tacking up, 1 hours riding tuition, untack, brush off or massage pony and a stable management lesson.
Or Tuesday & Thursday
🦄 Pony Days:
9.30a.m - 4.00p.m £30.00.
The Pony days consist of all the Pony morning activities as described above. Moving on to the afternoons, where we teach different aspects of pony care each time. With talks ,demos & practical lessons on e.g plaiting, first aid, bandaging etc. They also have the general care of their pony for the day & his tack. Sometimes the riders have another fun ba****ck ride or a quiz,depending on the order of the day!
🐴 Wednesday 2 hour group lesson:
10.00a.m - 12.00p.m £23.00.
Grooming, tacking up, 1 hours riding tuition, untack and brush off or massage pony.
We have our normal weekend riding lessons.

🚗 For Pony days we are offering an early arrival/later collection for working parents, by arrangement with me! I just ask for a small donation or some carrots & apples for our rescue residents 🚙

These lessons above are suitable for all abilities of school age children.
🐎Private & shared private lessons are also available for children, including younger ones & special needs riders.
🐎We also cater for adults either private or semi private lessons.
It’s just trying to fit you all in is our challenge at the moment!

New riders to us ,we have been inundated with messages and if I haven’t done so already I will respond to you as soon as I can. Hopefully we can arrange for some of you on our waiting list to have a lesson while some of our regular riders are away. At least you can try out a lesson with us to see if you /your child enjoys it!

Sunny says he’s being a big boy now in his own stable next to his Mummy Tango! They have an adjoining window in the partition so they can still interact & have a kiss & a cuddle!

We are on a much needed break & family time.
We are starting back:
🐴Thursday January 2nd🦄This will be for a Pony day /morning (spaces available)as well as our usual Saturday one! Suits school age children of all abilities. 🚗Working parents can drop off early, collect later by arrangement.🚙We just ask for a donation for our rescue ponies or apples & carrots!🥕🍎🍏🥕

These ponies we have rescued, rehabilitated & reschooled are wonderful, they have enough trust in us to be laden with Christmas decorations! More pics to follow.

Remember to dress up Christmassy & bring any 🎊unwanted Christmas decorations.🎉We begin our festive fun with the best decorated rider & pony competitions. 🎠🐎🐴🦄🤶🎄
After some pony care & lessons with games in them, in the afternoon the riders will take part in our popular horsey treasure hunt! 💰🍫

Good morning, please remember your children need to be prepared for the weather today! Please ensure they wear thermals or lots of layers top & bottoms, double socks ,waterproof coats & gloves (with spares)for the Pony day! You can also send spare clothes in a named bag if you’d like to.
Ponies still need looking after in all weathers!☔️💧🌧️

If anyone has any unwanted towels we badly need some more please!
Also blankets, quilts (feather less) & quilt covers we are getting low for the rescues. Carrots, apples, horse & pet treats are always welcome & any spare veggies, fruit or bread for Georgie please ( no potatoes, onion, leaks though please)

A huge thank you to Andy Baldry from Shred & Recycle Limited this week, for so kindly donating the Premium Equestrian rubber chips to resurface the manège. Karl has been working hard to get it laid. Also thank you to Cambridgeshire driveways for your help with the machine. Apologies to any of you that have had disruption/changes to your lessons due to this. At least we will be Winter ready!

Hello my name is Georgie, one of the lucky rescue residents at New Range.
Me & my friends the horses would love your pumpkins when you’ve finished with them please.
Mum says please can you check they don’t have any wax in them,but seeds are fine. Also any colouring is washed off please, not using bleach or similar though please so it doesn’t make us poorly.
I also love most veggies, fruits & their peels if you ever have any you no longer want. (no onions, leeks, potatoes & mushrooms please)

Fireworks & our rescue horses & pets.

Please can I ask you to help us keep our horses/animals safe, including our foal Sunny? Please can you alert us if & when you are letting off fireworks in the neighbouring properties or near to us.
We can also keep our riders safe that way too by rearranging lessons if necessary.
