Peterborough Cat Rescue helps to re-home stray and unwanted cats. We are a self financing group of people who love cats and are concerned about cat welfare. We believe that all cats should be neutered to prevent the widespread number of unwanted animals that find themselves in rescue centres. Bella is a British Shorthair with beautiful green eyes and lots of love to give but needs a patient family and to be the only pet. Bella is timid and spends a lot of time on her cat tree which she sees as her safe space (this will be provided for the new owner). However when she has fuss she purrs and headbutts and comes to cuddle beside you. She also enjoys outdoor access and can use a cat flap so access to a nice safe garden would be perfect.

Description: Note, these boys are prone to a sensitive tummy and are on a grain free diet, so please bear this in mind when applying.

Merlin(full tabby) and Mojo are sweet playful boys. They are shy at first and will take some time to settle, but when they get used to you they will come to you for fusses and cuddles.
They are suitable to be homed with other cats with careful introductions. They will need to be fed separate from other cats in the household and cannot have access to food that is not grain free as this will give them an upset tummy.

Adoption fee: £180 (pair)

Angel is a pretty girl whith beautiful long hair. She loves cuddles and can be quite vocal asking for them! She is a little shy initially but soon warms up to you. She came to me with 2 other cats and was initially a little grumpy towards them, but after a few days they were the best of friends. Angel loves her food and playing with her toys. She is an Angel in name and nature.

STUNNING! What else is there to say…. Well just that James and Simba are now ready for their forever home together. They are looking for someone that will give them the time they need to settle in. They will hide to start with but when you have gained their trust they both love a fuss and belly rubs and will reward you with such a deep purr. Simba and James are not lap cats at the moment but are happy to sit with you or next to you. They have their favourite toys but love to chase each other round the house flying Up and down the stairs. If they can’t see each other they will call out and chirp until reunited they are also very chatty with their fosterer. Both do not like loud noises but do like to sit in their catio watching the birds having the odd treat or 4.

Urgent Food plea !!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you help us to continue helping our rescue Cats, As you all know we are crazy busy and have so many cats and kittens in our rescue. With having so many cats and kittens in our care the demand for food is still over whelming and with the ever growing waiting list of cats and kittens needing to come in it feels never ending. We are really desperate for kitten and adult dry and wet food. (,wet only in jelly please). We are asking if anyone has got any kitten or adult food you would be happy to donate to us or any adult in jelly, you no longer want, or if you would be happy to donate some we would be so grateful. We really haven't seen a year like this and I know we keep saying it.
