🐈‍⬛ Ari 🐾🩷 you handsome boy. I've got the pleasure of looking after this sweet furbaby and he's such a joy to be around. We've got a daily routine: I walk in, he greets me with head boops and purrs. We play in the garden (weather permitting ☔) before I tidy up and feed him. It’s our little ritual.

A bit late, but here's a look at this adorable duo, Frank and Ginger. Both have been lovingly adopted by their pawrents and are a little nervous around new people. Frank took a few days to warm up to me, but soon he was meeting me at the door, accepting pets, and enjoying chicken treats. Ginger was a bit more cautious, but he never strayed too far. On the last day, he finally ventured into the kitchen while I was there, though he didn't stay long.

I love rescue cats. Earning their trust is such a rewarding experience. 🐾🐈‍⬛

Maisie moo, I love you 🩷 oh yes I do. What an absolutely gorgeous few days with this one. She was super shy to begin with (and to end with 🙈 but we did make amazing progress) but slowly but surely she began to trust me (at least when it was time for food 🥰). The girl is after my own heart!

Snuggles with Sunny ☀️

I love doing what I do because I get to see all of those different cat personalities shine, however, there is nothing more rewarding than feeling 'accepted' by your kitty client from day one.

If they want to play they'll get to play.

If they want to chill on my lap and fall asleep I'll let them do it (mental note made to start taking a book 📖 with me).

If they want to be left alone then that's completely fine too, though I will sit there and see if it's just a lil' moment of shyness.

Presenting one of my latest feline clients... Sunny ☀️ an absolute ray of sunshine. I had the pleasure of looking after him for a week not long back and he brought me so much joy. He'd hear my car pull up and I'd be greeted with meows and leg rubs before jumping on me for cuddles and snuggles before food.

Two sets of keys picked up for my next two jobs 🙌🏻 I've got a busy few weeks lined up with back to back jobs.

Unfortunately I've already had to decline a few requests (I'm sorry 😭❤️) because my general rule is to only take on one kitty client at a time so I can spend lots of time with them around my full time job.

Weekends are a little different however!

We've been a little bit busy at Whisker Watch HQ integrating the latest furbaby to join the family... Presenting wee Morag. She's the ultimate biscuit maker, lap warmer, and shadow. 😺 She's been with us for one month now.

She's a teeny tiny little thing and it's been interesting introducing her to my resident boy, Keanu. Each day we make progress, and then take several steps back, but we are taking it slow and ensuring both cats get plenty of love ❤️

Bookings are open for the summer ☀️ I'll post my availability soon although I try to keep my availability updated on Pawshake and CatInAFlat ❤️ keep eyes posted for a post soon!

This weekend I'm back with this little cheeky angel ❤️ Miss Luna () 🌙 We had a little play after breakfast this morning and I'll be popping back over lunch for the next visit ✨🐾

She's such a little sweetheart. I placed my coat on the floor this morning so she could have a good sniff whilst I sorted out her litter and breakfast. She's still quite wary around me and I ensure any contact is on her terms (even if it just means me sticking my hand out and waiting for her to come and have a smell) but we are getting there!
