Good evening everyone! A bit of a serious status coming up...but a very VERY important one!

When bringing in your cats, although we know it can be repetitive for regular customers, we will always make sure to go through all your details, to make sure we have all the correct information we need to ensure your cat a safe and happy stay; and to know we can contact you if we have any concerns at all. When asked about the Vets your cat is registered with, it is so incredibly important to make sure we have the right one listed. It is also imperative that you have informed your vet that they are coming to stay with us!!! (Some vets are happy to make a note of it on your records for future visits, so please just check to make sure you won't have to for every stay!) We cannot stress this enough!!!...without your consent, they are unable to talk to us, even though you have entrusted us with your furr baby! It isn't easy to explain how frustrating and upsetting it can be for us...as I hope most of you will know, we love and care for all our boarders as we do our own pets (otherwise we wouldn't be doing this job!) And we need to be absolutely certain that if anything was to happen we are able to speak about your cats health and needs with your own vet!!
We have so far trusted our customers when they've told us they've given consent... but unfortunately there have been many times that this isn't the case!😿

We don't lock the runs in the evening and walk away from our jobs...we say goodnight and tell them we'll see them all in the morning❤️ with them on our minds, all the time!
We worry, we lose sleep, we contact eachother at the most ridiculous hours, sometimes over what some owners wouldn't even think is significant!!

We're looking after little lives and if any of them need medical help we NEED to be able to provide it!

It's just one phonecall guys, but an incredibly important one!! Please, PLEASE make sure to do it!

We had a last minute booking on Friday...and I'm sure you can imagine my giddiness when I laid eyes on these two gorgeous little girls for the first time!!!😍🥰❤️

We're so pleased their mum and dad were happy, and that they'll be coming to see us again!!😁

When it's hot and allllll our babies are staying calm and cool... 'It's oh so quiet' (well except my squeaky trainers🙈🤣)

This is beautiful Tiffy!! She's such a funny girl🤭🥰 I tried to get photos, but apparently she's a little camera shy!!😊 I just needed to prove what a little purr monster she really is❤️ (Please excuse the crazy cat lady rambling, again!!!!😇🤣)
