Please note: If you arrive late for your appointment, unfortunately, the Vet will not be able to see you, and you will need to reschedule. The reason for this change is that when clients arrive late, it causes a delay that affects the schedule for the entire day, impacting all other appointments.
To help ensure your appointment starts on time, we kindly ask that you arrive before your scheduled time. This will allow us to serve you better and stay on track for the rest of the day.
