So the time has come to start introducing gentle pain, relief to this old girl… although she runs around like a two-year-old the days do catch up with her now and a holistic approach is very important!
Whilst I’m a great believer in using whatever mother nature can offer you a little drug intervention when appropriate is always worth considering.
