Started wading through my Aurora edits from last weekend again. Fearn is such a 🌟 👌
To get such a sharp image of a live subject during a long exposure is not easy ~ good job we’ve had some practice in the past 😉😂
Sending my apologies also to those I had to postpone over the past 2 weeks. Look forward to seeing you soon.

‼️UPDATE, FOUND AND GETTING LOTS OF CUDDLES AT HOME‼️

Missing since Saturday from Nether Kinmundy/Lenabo/Mill Hill Farm area.

Black cat with a small spot of white on chest and tummy.
He is wearing a green high viz collar with a tracker (that has run out of battery).
He is neutered and micro chipped – one year old.
He’s very friendly and he is called goose – it’s not like him to not come home at night he isn’t a one to wander too far from home .

I’ve not been here for a while. We’ve been very busy with some renovations, then had a lovely trip away down to Wales. Lots to catch up with. Got back for the May holidays and now I’m into Day 7 of the flu 😫
Last night I really wasn’t sure if I could muster enough strength to go outside for the Aurora. I was needing my bed but checked out the bedroom window to the North and was quite disappointed with the result. Then I looked South and WOW I was suddenly charged with energy and Fearn and I went for a play in the garden 📸
I couldn’t be any more proud of this girl as she posed for me (while I was quite grouchily fumbling around in the dark trying to get a focus on her😂) and keeping perfectly still for the long exposure that is needed. Timing is crucial for an image like this and she managed to nail quite a few of them.
This image was taken in the early hours as daylight was returning.
Such a stunning night though, well worth the extra effort.
Love my girl ❤️

Great news back tonight from Malcolm who is down in Glasgow at The Local Pet Awards 2024.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t be there this year due to prior arrangements but a BIG thank you to Malcolm for travelling down with Ryan and to Tom of Photo Walk Scotland for accompanying them. Hope you’ve all had a great time.

A black cat with a white chest was found by a customer this morning (10.30am) in Ardallie on our road by the last few houses before the T junction Mintlaw/Aberdeen road. It had been freshly knocked down when she found it and kindly took it to Glenythan Vets Ellon but sadly didn’t survive.
