Ardvaich Beagles WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY BREEDING! In 2010 we were fortunate enough to be adopted by our first beagle, Toby.

Having owned beagles for nearly 20 years we are kennel club registered & our 3 pedigrees girls are Ardvaich Alexandra (Lexie), Rhiconich Amie and Ardvaich Molly. Then in 2012 we bought Ardvaich Alexandra from Jillian Hossack in Scone who established the Ardvaich kennel name & in 2013 we bought Rhiconich Amie from Fiona Findlay. When we decided the time was right for us to consider breeding Jillian

was kind enough to allow us to take over the Ardvaich kennel name as she was no longer planning on breeding & we would be able to continue the bloodline.

Frodo (left) & Arwin (right) finally sat still long enough for a photo, I must have taken at least 20 shots before I got this one. They started on their soggy solids this week & after feeding it's absolute bedlam as they go hyper for 5 or 10 minutes before finally settling down.

Molly had two pups, a boy & a girl. This will be Molly's, & quite possibly our, last litter & so we are not going to rush into decisions with regards their forever homes until they are a little older. We may still be keeping the girl for ourselves but time will tell.

Molly is taking her time & keeping us waiting at the moment, we are getting up every couple of hours through the night to check on her but she's in fine form & looking good which is the main thing.

She is due her litter any day now & hopefully we'll have news to share in the next couple of weeks about availability. This is her second & probably her last litter so we are hoping for at least one girl for ourselves so that we can continue her bloodline. Fingers crossed.

We have been inundated with requests through the summer & we we will not decide on availability for a few weeks, if you have previously been in contact then we will hopefully be in touch soon.

The boys came up with a cunning plan. If Thor distracted mum with a toy the other two could sneak in for a quick feed before she notices.

Odin & Thor tucking in to their lunch. They are getting quite good now at going to the newspaper for toilet time, one of them ran back into the crate as the 'outside' paper was occupied.

Boys and their toys! Please note that the boys are now all on reserve. They are £900 each which includes Kennel Club registration, KC five generation pedigree certificate, five weeks complimentary KC insurance, welcome pack with Eukanuba puppy food & worming treatment. They were all vet checked at 4 weeks & will be micro chipped at 8 weeks when they will get a final check over before leaving us. Viewing is at our home where you will get the opportunity to see mum & pups together. We do not deliver or meet halfway, if you are serious then you will need to see them at home. Please note Loki is currently on reserve, £100 deposit required to secure

Our Story

From Lexie’s one & only litter we kept Ardvaich Molly & in June 2019 she had her first litter & the three boys Ardvaich Thor, Odin & Loki are her first boys. She has proved her self to be a devoted young mother & these young fellas are a real credit to her.
