It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tina Turner. With her music and her boundless passion for life, she enchanted millions of fans around the world and inspired the stars of tomorrow. Today we say goodbye to a dear friend who leaves us all her greatest work: her music. All our heartfelt compassion goes out to her family. Tina, we will miss you dearly. (© Peter Lindbergh)

I understand that sometimes customers need to rearrange their appointments and have no problems with this , if possible the more notice l get the better, However if I turn up t the arranged appointment time and get no answer I will have to charge you £5 extra on your next groom , if this happens more than twice l will unfortunately have to remove you from my books. Luckily this does not happen very often but when it does its very frustrating..

As a small business I am sure you can appreciate that these 'no show' appointments are both costly and time consuming.

Christmas is a very busy time for most groomers and most of my appointments in December are now taken. If you need to cancel or rearrange your groom, l cannot guarantee your dog will be groomed now until the New Year. If you do need to cancel, could you please try to give me as much notice as you can. l know this is not always possible but it will at least give me a chance to offer someone else your appointment.Looking forward to seeing my regular and new grooms in the run up to christmas! "I could not think of anyone else that I could have to groom my 2 Westie boys Alyson has cared for them for over 5 years. Snowy's first groom at a professional salon was very traumatic for him and left him very nervous to be groomed. Alyson spent a lot of time gaining his trust and reassuring him he was safe in her hands. Olly has only ever been groomed by Alyson and quite enjoys his grooming. Both of my boys have total trust in Alyson, it shows by the greeting she receives every time she arrives at our home. They always look so handsome when she is finished. Thank you so much Alyson. xx"

A very sad goodbye to Peggy today , a beautiful little girl who had been with me on my grooming journey since day 1 , her owners kindly let me take this little girl to college and practice on her when l was training , that was over 10 years ago , you will be sadly missed sweetheart , night night sleep tight ###x

Can everyone please share 😭 A beautiful Cocker Spaniel and her 3 week old puppies have been stolen from a house in Yarm today. They need to be brought home as soon as possible. Why are there such horrible people around? Hopefully they will be found safe and sound but the more people that share the better 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
