This little lady is 6 years old and learnt about resilience this weekend. She had loads of tears on Saturday because she was eliminated….so after lots of cuddles and chatting, she managed a more positive run today with a clear round and gaining judges special rosette 🏵️

ATTENTION AGILITY PEOPLE!!!
Im very excited to be launching a brand new online programme - fitness and injury prevention for agility handlers.
Agility carries the same risks as a lot of other non contact field sports: with hips, knees and ankles as common trouble areas. This programme focuses on specific mobility and strengthening work to protect your joints, as well as balance/core stability, and cardio/metabolic work.
The programme is designed for handlers at any level of fitness, with variations for all exercises. There are 3 sessions a week: with 2 focusing on strength/mobility and speed/footwork, and 1 longer cardio session. There are also optional weekly challenges (with leaderboards for those of you who like a bit of competition).
Full access to the programme is just £30 a month. For more information and to sign up go to https://app.fitr.training/p/agility
