Hi Everyone

I’ve decided to do our first ‘sociable’ dog walk of 2024 this Thursday. (13th June)

The walk will start at 6pm from the entrance to Hawthorne Dene. Please park respectfully.

The walk will be no more than 90 minutes and around 3 mile. Please only attend if you and your dog can comfortably cover this distance.

Hi Everyone

Due to attending a friend’s wedding tomorrow afternoon, I have had to change the timings for all classes tomorrow.

Times for tomorrow are as follows:

Puppy Class - 10am (combination of both puppy classes, same as last week)

Bronze - 11am
(Normally 12:55)

Silver 12noon
(Normally 2:15pm)

Gold 1pm
(Normally 3:05pm)

Platinum 2pm
(Normally 3:55pm)

Apologies for any inconvenience, all will be back to normal from next week.

UPDATE - Council are fully aware and are currently there dealing with it. It is quite deep so please stay away from the area for now.

Please be extremely careful if you exercise your dog on the land opposite our training venue. There appears to be a ‘sinkhole’ which is pinned on the map.

Wow….. what an amazing night. 🎅🏻 🐶 🎉.

Thank you all so much for coming and making it a great and special night. Also a huge thanks to our two young amazing singers……Olivia 15yrs and Charlie 11yrs. You both smashed. You’re absolutely incredible and talented kids and you have bright futures ahead. Be proud 👏

Congratulations to ‘The Magnificent Seven’ for winning the quiz. Awesome effort guys 👏 For those who got picture 14 wrong, it was nice knowing you 😉😁

We raised £285 for charity from the raffle and quiz. This will go to Cash for Kids & PawsUp. Thank you all so much. 🤑 Huge thanks to Katy & Kal, you both did a fab job. 👏

Healthworks are doing the Winter Woolies event again this year, starting Monday 11th December right upto Christmas. If you have anything warm that you don’t want or need, you can drop off at healthworks. If you need anything warm you can pop along and pick something up completely free.

Hi Everyone

Our Christmas Party tomorrow night (Sat 9th Dec) starts at 7pm at Easington Southside Social Club. SR8 3AX. It is in the upstairs function room.

I would recommend getting there early to ensure you get a seat as I’ve been overwhelmed by the response from people who want to attend.

We have some live music from some fab local children and an interesting quiz lined up for you. 😉 Should be a great night.

RIP RPD Tag 🌈

Heartbroken to write this. We had to let Tag go over that rainbow bridge last night. 😢💔

He was my partner and best mate for 9 years providing an outstanding service to the people of Northumbria before retiring in 2021 aged 10. An abundance of great results and achievements. We’ll not mention the ⚽️⚽️ incident though 😬

Tag settled into retirement life very quickly, loving the family life and cuddles from everyone who stepped into our house. He enjoyed showing of his skills on an occasional Sunday afternoon and leaves his legacy in the two fantastic litters he fathered with RPD Vicki.

One in a million Tag, you always did me proud. 💔

RIP mate.

Thank you for taking your time to look at my fundraising page. I am truly honoured to be accepted by Four Paws as my sponsor.

This year I set myself a goal to do something completely out of my comfort zone so I have decided to do a charity skydive, yes.. a SKYDIVE!!!

For those who know me well enough know how much of a terrible flyer I am. Pretty much a fear. However, this sky dive will be over within minutes whereas these poor dogs who suffer every single day until they are brutally murdered, it's unimaginable!!

These dogs are stolen from their loving homes to be tied up in bags, their mouths cable tied shut so they can barely breath, transported to the slaughter houses before being used as food. STOLEN. KILLED. EATEN.

We NEED to put a stop to this ASAP!

Meet Lola guys 🥰 she is 18 months old and has been rescued from Romania. She’s now living her best life. 🥰

Lola attends our Bronze 2 class and is absolutely smashing it with her dad Paul. As you can see in the video, a fantastic sit stay and outstanding emergency stop. 🥰

Patience, determination and commitment definitely makes it all worth while. 👏 Well done Lola 🥰👏 Paul, not bad……😉 can we get the commands quieter to a whisper?? Just wondering 😉😂😂

A little more challenging than last week but in a stunning setting despite the muddy paths and moderate hills 😉😂

Our next sociable walk will be Wednesday 12th April at Castle Eden Dene.

Meet for 6pm at Stanhope Chase, Peterlee, SR8 1NJ

This walk is a little more challenging than last weeks so please only attend if you can comfortably walk 4 mile with the occasional steep hill.

Looking forward to another enjoyable walk.
