Paws Rescue UK has been founded as a platform for Paws Rescue Qatar to rehome beautiful homeless cats and dogs in Qatar to wonderful homes in the UK. Abandoned animals in Qatar are abundant with many leaving their pets behind or purchasing them from local unauthorised breeders, or from the local souq (market), and getting bored with them soon-after. We have a shelter in Qatar brimming with adorabl

e babies just waiting for their chance of a home. We are left with many pure-breed, special needs and mixed breeds to rehabilitate and find homes for, many of whom would never get a chance in Qatar and deserve a chance elsewhere. Our goal is to help animals regardless of what country they are born in. Anyone interested in adopting one of our cats or dogs posted on Facebook will be asked to complete an enquiry form so we can match you with a suitable pet. A home check will be arranged and if all is approved, a reservation fee to hold your animal will need to be paid. A travel date will be confirmed, balance of adoption fee will be paid, and the animal will fly! Then there's an initial vet check and stay at Bray Rescue or a foster and a liaison on pick-up or drop-off depending on location. Please contact us for more information.

Will anyone give these two girls a lovely home? Rhea and Theia
are two bonded sisters, very affectionate and looking for that special someone to shower them with the love they deserve.
Rhea is the slightly more reserved of the two, but is such a sweetheart once she knows and trusts. Theia is laid back with a typical lazy fold nature. The girls are thought to be around 2.5 years old. They are fully vaccinated, spayed, FIV/FeLV negative and healthy girls. We have a flight scheduled for around 3rd week February from Qatar into Heathrow that they could be on. Overseas adoption fee applies. Zoey and Zuri came into our lives when they were rescued in the brink of time from a colony in Qatar. They have lived with Paws Rescue Qatar since June 2024 and have been loved there every since. But their story needs a happy ending. Could it be you?

They are a bonded pair and adore each other, which we know is a little more tricky BUT we are hopeful for them! They are 2 1/2 years old and are Otterhound mixes we think.

The sisters are great on leash, good with other dogs, not too playful as a little older so tend to love walks and cuddles. Not the greatest with cats so best in a dog only house. They do get on with other dogs but ones which aren't too young and playful.

We are looking for a family or person who can spend time with them and dont perhaps work full time to keep them company and have an outdoor space and nice walks close by.

They are RATT test ready, tested for all tick diseases and Brucellus and they are very healthy and negative for everything. They are spoilt on high quality food and are a great weight at approx 20kg each

He flew with some very lucky cats last week to their new homes and is relishing the fresh air, beautiful hikes and love from his new family. A far cry from where is was abandoned in Qatar.

Lovely boy Gilgamesh is looking for his forever home… he is a Christmas kitty with his second birthday being on Christmas Day. Giggly is super affectionate and playful. He’s probably better as an only cat but he’s great with kids… loves nothing more than helping with homework, chasing shoelaces and playing fetch.

Milo is a wonderful Saluki Mix, he’s now just over two years old and currently living in Devon.

Due to very unfortunate circumstances his mummy and daddy who adopted him from us are looking for his new home.

A few words from them

“Milo is well behaved. He loves his walks and he loves running in woods with other dogs and his recall is good. He runs off looking for squirrels but comes back to find me and comes to the whistle. He likes being with other dogs but they sometimes find him annoying when he wants to play.
He is very affectionate with everyone including children and my 93 year old mother adores him!! He isn’t a fan of cats “

Otto is transfixed by the gymnastics! He loves to play and also to cuddle. Otto is around 2 years old and will fly from Qatar to the UK around end September. He’s fully vaccinated, chipped and neutered and FIV/FELV negative. He’s normally a big fluff ball but we had to shave off his fur which was horribly knotted. Heart warming alert ❤️❤️❤️🐶🐶🐶 Our fantastic pups are all waiting for their forever homes. All are siblings and coming up to 6 months. We are in the process of ratt testing them all and soon enough they will be ready to fly! This is Kate and for those of you that have adopted cats from us, you know I look after cats! Every now and then a dog just pulls my heart strings, like Bria… I am reaching out because of this gorgeous girl who has had no adoption interest at all, and personally I don’t know why as she’s the dog of the decade! Bria has a funny leg but she will hop over her gate to come and say hello. She’s incredibly affectionate, she’s great on a leash, she likes other dogs and people. She makes you feel like you’re the only one, that’s a pretty good skill to have. We’re not sure what she’s like with cats but she’s been fine walking by them. She doesn’t have a bad bone in her apart from her dicky leg, which is a bit bent and short but she uses it like any other dog would do. She’d be a great companion, her leg is as fixed as it’s ever going to be but that’s part of her charm. We have partnered with Bray Rescue based in Staffordshire in the UK who will temporarily house our lovely animals once they travel, and will facilitate with the adopters. We are also aiming to form a strong foster network in the UK to help further. Our goal is to help animals regardless of what country they are born in. All deserve the chance of life!
