Hello our lovely clients! For some reason we are been inundated with requests to cancel / move bookings. Many of these requests are via email. Our inbox can get as many as 100+ emails per day so its not always possible to spot emails that need our direct attention. If you don't get a response, please call / text us. We will point out, however, that it clearly states on the website that we don't refund bookings. In many circumstances we are happy to reallocate a booking but not because "I didn't fancy coming out today" or "it was too wet today or windy". The Great British weather, as we are all aware, is unpredictable and when bookings are made for certain days and then the weather changes, its not just a case of contacting us to 'move' the booking. We hope all concerned will take this message on board and will continue to enjoy using Heatherdene Hideaway. We thank-you for your continued support.
