Hi everyone! I’m so sorry I’ve not responded to messages it’s been kind of crazy here at the moment! Not only really busy grooming….. but we’ve been attending a couple of events!

Our most recent was the Gamefair at Ragley hall in Warwickshire…..

A very successful competition….. we won first place in the minority breeds gundog competition 🥳

Absolutely buzzing!!

Well Alfred has had an exhausting day today! (As you can see by the photos!) and With only a little bit of work at Rally tonight which consisted mainly of drooling over Lou! 🤭 he felt he deserved some chillax time at the beach after! 🤎💚 so beautiful and calm down there 💞 xx

So this happened today! 😁

Today we entered the Minority breed team challenge event in Shrewsbury, this is a gundog event with 4 different tests

This competition is teams of 3 dogs/handlers with one reserve our team consisted of….

Judy with Eider
Myself with Alfred
Callum (my son) with lyric (Alfred’s dad owned by Judy)
John with tatters

Well worth the 4am start with a 4+ hour trip to Shrewsbury…. As we achieved 1st place with an amazing 19 points ahead of 2nd place! 🤭 🥳

So proud of us all but especially proud of Alfred 💚

I would be buzzing had I of not taken so much rescue remedy!!!! 🤣

Happy Easter all, hope you’re having a lovely long weekend! 🐥🐣🐤

We’re all set up and ready for the Easter country show @ Thame… a little practice in the field with Alfred ready for demonstrations Sunday and Monday with the bestie Judy Hempstead and members from the working minority retriever club and spaniels too! who will be strutting their stuff…. Hopefully! 🙈

Lovely walk this morning in the rising sunshine!

Sorry I’ve not been active on here lately, as many of you know my mum passed away unexpectedly at the early start of December and what with Christmas and other things going on schedules are a little behind!

We have finally had the funeral date confirmed so I can now crack on with all your dates, please bear with there’s a lot of you! 😅 that I’m entirely grateful! 🥰❤️💞
