Sorry if I’ve not replied back to anyone! I popped over to the south of France for a few days with the bestie to learn and play with field spaniel pups oh and cocker spaniel ones too! So I could call it work right??? It’s been a great and memorable trip with lots of puppy cuddles….. don’t tell Alfred!!! 🤫🤭

I’m back in the salon today so I’ll catch up with anyone I’ve missed!

We Hope you all made the most of yesterday! Alfred and I certainly did! We went for lovely walk with our bestie, Alfred’s dad and auntie…..

We Parked at Littlington carpark and walked through friston forest, a little pit stop in the cafe and then carried on down the Cuckmere to Cuckmere Haven and then back again

Despite us getting slightly lost by going on my instinct and feelings 🙈 🤣 we had an enjoyable walk

We made it back to the carpark with minutes to spare on our 4 hour ticket but with 17,219 steps under our soles we felt pretty good! 💞

I was thinking of starting a page where we can all share our walks so others become aware of all the different places, what do you all think?

my phone has gone on strike!!!! 😖 so those awaiting a reply please bear with whilst I wait for a new one to arrive!

Hi All I hope you all had a great Easter weekend!

On Saturday Alfred and I set off for the bank holiday to attend the Thame Country Fair with our amazing friend Judy Hempstead to help her with The working minority retriever club run the arena for gun dog demos, breed parades and gun dog clinics….

Alfred and I participated in all and Alfred was also in the working minority breed tent to meet and greet the public to ensure they had plenty of cuddles and kisses!

I can’t believe how well he went in the demos! ❤️

It was a great weekend and a great start to the season of country shows, spent with a lovely bunch of people all enjoying their dogs…. And despite the weather being a little up and down…. Caravanning was great too! We even managed sitting out Saturday evening enjoying a glass of wine!

Big Thanks to Judy for being the amazing friend you are and putting up with Alfred and I …. Here’s to 2024 of lots of adventures with the Brown fluffies! Xx

Oh forgot to say we even met the lovely Caleb from Jeremy clarksons farm Diddly Squat Farm Shop! 🥰

Happy Easter weekend everyone!

Started Good Friday with dropping Callum off to work at 5am and having a nice walk around the farm at Charleston house with my eldest Luc and the dogs, mucked Dolly out by 7am, blitzed the salon and then a little dental hygiene before heading off for a gundog training session with the lovely Judy! Now set up and chilling with the bestie @ Thame country fair ready for tomorrow with the working minority retriever club to meet and greet the public and take part in the gundog demos!

We’ve had a lovely couple of days in Birmingham! Lots of laughs along the way! Maybe wrong choice for hotel but it made it that bit more interesting!?!? 😳😬

Crufts = happy people and more importantly happy dogs! And of course we came home with the best dogs there! 😍🥰❤️ …. Even Alfred came under that category! ❤️

How do Irish water spaniels spend the day after Crufts ?????

Being allowed to be of course!! ❤️

Prep work all done, humans, dogs, outfits!! Checked in at 7.30am now the waiting game for classes…. We are All rather organised!!! Makes a change! If you’re visiting Crufts today we are flitting between breed classes and BASC in halls 4 & 5! Alfred the leaping leprechaun is rather chilled ….. for the minute! 🤣 xx

2 hours up on the downs for the Crazeeee brown fluff ball!?! Mummy and Alfred time ….not only to blow the cob webs away but To celebrate his birthday….. I can’t believe he’s 2 today!! Happy birthday Alfred you always manage to bring a smile to my face no matter what life throws! (well apart from when we are training!!)

Arrived back from Bowood House & Gardens so sunshine should now return! 😁

It was another fantastic weekend spent with great company….Alfred was an absolute star so very proud of him, he’s taken to this soggy camping malarkey very well! He also did well in his first go at the scurry even though he had a pit stop on way back over straw bales for a poo!! 😳🙄🫣🙈 And he absolutely loved being made a fuss of from the hoards of people that came to say hello at the Working Minority Retriever Club

Arrived Bowood House & Gardens for Wiltshire Game and Country Fair all set up last night… no rain!! Amazing!

So far Dogs have enjoyed a dip in the lake 1st thing😍 and had time to have a relaxed walk round the house and gardens with the bestie Judy Hempstead

Hope you all have a lovely weekend…. I can’t promise it’s going to be dry…. The tent is up!!! ☔️💦😁 (but so far alls good ☀️)

Who wants to see bright colours on these grey days!! ☺️ we’ve got some!!!

Many of you may of seen my eldest son Luc lingering in reception(not in the groom room, he doesn’t like getting covered in dog hair or splattered with water!🤣) any way he is in the process of doing our rice trailer up vintage style to sell dog products and plants at country shows….

We ….. he! 🙈 is starting with some plants that he has for sale in reception…..
