Happy New Year to all of my followers here (human and doggo🐶)

This year has been a really great one - I completed and succeeded in my A-Levels, passed my driving test, had two amazing holidays, turned 18, opened my own business looking after dogs… and then left to begin university and study Psychology.

After moving up to Newcastle at the beginning of September and starting my degree, things didn’t feel right and I wasn’t happy. I loved our new life, but I wasn’t passionate about what I had chosen to study.

As most of you know, my true dream is to work with dogs full-time and it was always my aim to come back to this career in the future…as it turns out, this happened sooner than I thought.

I made the decision to withdraw from university and pursue a career in canine behaviour, with hopes to open my own Dog Services Business soon in the future.

Whilst I’m not currently offering services of my own, and unfortunately Woofs and Wags isn’t (yet) making a comeback…I really want to use this account to document my journey in completing my canine behaviour qualifications AND sharing some super cute pictures of the dogs I’m lucky enough to work with 5 days a week in Newcastle.

I’m currently at 2 days a week in a Doggy Day Care and 3 days employed as a Dog Walker with a company specialised in reactivity.

I hope you enjoy following this journey with me, and hopefully at the end of it this account will be being used to promote my own business🐶📈

Thank you for all of your continued support despite me not even offering services anymore, I hope you enjoy the upcoming doggo content!

Saying goodbye is the hardest part of my job, especially at the moment as i’m only working temporarily until I move to uni, so more often than not I know I won’t see these gorgeous doggies again😢

Ahead of the supposed heatwave I thought I’d just post another reminder to please keep your dogs safe in this weather🥵☀️Your dog won’t suffer if they miss a walk, they will suffer if they are exposed to this level of heat!

Hi everyone! I’m so sorry I’ve been so inactive on here the past week or so!🙈It’s been manic getting back into a routine since we got back off holiday! I’ll post some story updates of what I’ve been up to🤍
Also reminder to please not walk your doggies in this heat!! I would recommend sticking to the rule of staying indoors when it’s over 20 degrees to be on the safe side!🥵No dog will suffer from missing a walk, but lots of dogs suffer from heat stroke🐶😢Stay safe! Xx
