Guys I don’t know what to say, other then thank you, thank you thank you thank you, this has been our busiest January of the history of Spoilt Rotten so far, the high demand from Dec hasn’t settled and the phones are ringing 20-25 times a day with new bookings… we are humbled 🥰 to have such support from our wonderful clients and be so wanted by you all ❤️

We continue to do what we do, to provide the highest level of care, compassion and expertise because they mean the world 🌎 to us and deserve to be totally Spoilt Rotten 🐾

Times are really challenging right now, with our running costs through the roof and everything just going higher and higher but we push through, we don’t compromise on quality and continue to only offer the best of the best, our amazing team, attention to detail, products, time allocated etc to continue to provide the best of the best, and we will be here for many years to come- for you and for your doggies, because of you 🙏

Whilst we did our best to hold our prices last year, it impacted the business a lot and with our expenses rising again, we are therefore are having to introduce a small increase to some doggies this year, it doesn’t effect everyone as depends on your current price but if you would like to know if your price is changing please give us a call or drop us an email. We are trying to send messages to those with a price change/ inform of any price changes on the phone as much as possible too.

🔔 BLOCK BOOKINGS FOR 2025 🔔

These are well underway, and we’ve been booking doggies in for January 2026 (seems strange seeing that date already but great to be organised)

Please bear with us if you have emailed or sent a DM with your block booking request as we have hundreds and hundreds of doggies to add bookings for for the whole year. It’s the most rewarding feeling seeing our diary 12 months ahead full, but it takes ever such a lot of time to add them… please bear with me I’m going as quick as I can.

If you are a regular with our salons and haven’t yet booked your next appointment or would like to block book your space with us then please email 📧 [email protected] let us know your preferred day of the week and time and frequency and we will reply back with your bookings.

Block bookings are the best way to secure your space with our high in demand salon and also secures your doggies festive spa day (yes I know we’ve only just had it… but it comes around so quickly and we are always over subscribed and have to turn doggies away), so the most organised are the ones who get their appointment 🐾☺️

If your doggy is due a Spoilt Rotten spa day (like Cookie?!) this month then we highly recommended advance booking to avoid disappointment or having to go on the waiting list…

We have had the busiest to date and looking at the diaries our salons are set to continue on this high demand experience so if you are planning on booking in, please do give plenty of notice…

We do have some availability last minute, although it comes and goes very quickly…

We are also booking for 2025 up to December 😲 this is the best way to secure your doggy space with our multi award winning salons 🤗

Woohoo ready for Chalfont St Peter Feast Day & Fun Night and who’s coming to our pop up Santa’s Grotto (and bring your doggies) tomorrow 6pm-8pm, £10 family visiting Santa and every family gets one child’s gift (per family)/ an edible treat for every child and a tasty treat for the doggy 🐾 no booking necessary just turn up!

Hi all,
I just wanted to pop on here and say thank you, thank you to all of our clients who continue to support our small business. It’s a challenging time for all businesses right now but your support means everything to us.

It is a humbling feeling being in such high demand and being entrusted by hundreds and thousands of adoring ❤️ we are here, for them, for you ❤️

On that note please please please if you haven’t booked your next appointment give us a call as soon as possible and get booked in… we are super busy and it’s only going to get busier…

This has to be the busiest October we’ve ever had… we usually have a quiet period in the lead up to Nov and then get busy for Xmas pampers… but we are already experiencing phones ringing off the hook, waiting lists building up and seeing a lot of returning and new clients, everyone is welcome.

It’s really lovely to be so wanted but we don’t want to keep your doggies waiting for availability to come up and then get overdue… so pre-book to avoid disappointment 🐾

We also have a new booking system up and running so block bookings have opened up and there are days in December 2025 (yes next year?!) that are almost full!! Call or email [email protected] to block book.
