Tramps stick - Tramp the wire-haired dachshund came in for a routine castration, however on further examination, we noticed a stick jammed in the roof of his mouth. It was removed successfully but had caused some damage. We are monitoring the situation but lucky it was found as he was showing no signs!!! Hopefully his breath smells better now too ❤️🩹

Independent small animal practice with varied caseload looking for locum/permanent veterinary surgeons due to growth. We are based in the Basildon area of Essex.
The ideal candidate would be experience in consultations and soft tissue surgery and be competent at sole charge for both. Must be experienced with neuterings and caesarean sections.
The practice opened in Sept 2022 and is purpose built with 3 consultations rooms, 2 operating theatres and dedicated xray and ultrasound room. We currently have 2 MRCVS and 3 RVNs and a fully support team of VCAs, receptionists and practice manager.
