💰£18,000 - £20,000 plus monthly uncapped commission
You will be responsible for finding new foster parents, building relationships with potential foster families and the fostering agency. Conducting initial assessment forms and interviews over the phone. Helping us to grow the fostering department and build incredible futures for vulnerable children and young people.
There is no experience needed for this role, all training will be provided.

Having mental illness won't prevent you from fostering and you have every chance of being approved during the application process.
If you're able to provide a child with a stable and predictable family environment there's no reason why it would prevent you from becoming a Foster Parent.
There will be round the clock support by professionally qualified teams who are with you every step of the way.
In addition you'll have the opportunity to be mentored, to mingle and make new friends at local events and forge supportive relationships with others who understand what it's like to be a Foster Parent.💚

If you’re wanting to continue working alongside fostering but worried about the balance of your work and care responsibilities, we can introduce the “Fostering Friendly Policy” to your current employer.
Included in the Foster Friendly Policy is:
💚Special Leave – additional paid leave to attend meetings with the child as part of the matching process and time off for settling in purposes.
💚Time off for Training – pre-approval training is done over three consecutive Saturdays to lessen the impact on those people who work but for ongoing training/development employers can support staff by giving them time off to complete training as appropriate.
💚Flexibility – to be able to respond to the needs of the children in your care. Access to flexible working, swapping shifts with colleagues etc.
💚Emergency Leave – for when the unexpected happens. Providing foster parents with the same access to emergency leave as parents.
