🐾☀️🔥The weather is getting HOT this week so please remember your fist!

Make a fist and hold the back of your hand on the path. If it's too hot to keep it there, it's too hot for your dogs feet.
Hold it against your dogs belly. If it feels the same temperature as your hand, they are fine. If their belly feels hot, you need to cool them down 💦

Never cover them in cold water when they're hot. Tepid water is best so it doesn't shock their system. Make sure they have plenty to drink and of course, no leaving in a car even with windows open.

Shorter walks in cooler times of the day.
