COVID 19 UPDATE.

Defra have now informed us that we are permitted to groom under very strict conditions.
This will mean that we can only collect your dogs or you must walk them to the salon. We can only work on dog/dogs from one family at a time and must adhere to all regulations regarding social distancing and cleaning/disinfecting regimes advised.

It is imperative that if you are self isolating due to any of your family showing signs of this disease or if you are in isolation for 14 days after, that you do not put us in any risk by booking your dogs in for grooming.

CORONA VIRUS ACTION DURING THIS PANDEMIC - PROCEDURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

For those people that are self isolating
Please note that whilst we are still able to, our action to keep us and you safe is to offer you a collection and delivery service. You will be asked to place your dog into a crate in the back of our vehicle and on delivery we will ring you and you will be asked to take your dog back out from the crate.

For those people that are out and about
Our action is to hand me the dog outside at a safe distance, you cannot stay or come inside the salon.

We only have dog/dogs from one household at any one time.

On arrival we will immediately bath your dogs and disinfect your dogs lead/collar with a medial solution containing 70% alcohol.

Stay safe and I look forward to helping you get through this terrible situation.

For this reason all puppies under the age of 14 weeks I offer a free consultation and nail cut in order for your puppy to meet me and to be able to give you specific grooming advice for your particular puppy going forward.
