We hold classes on a Tuesday and Wednesday evening in our secure hall, offering both obedience and flyball lessons. At Prince Rock Dog Training & Flyball we are committed to helping our club members socialise and train their dog using positive schooling methods of kindness, repetition, praise and reward. Our aim is ensure both dog and owner find our sessions valuable and enjoyable, feeling they ar

e at home and amongst friends. Our experienced trainers are here to assist and support owners, actively encouraging them to ask if there is anything they are unsure of or that they may wish to specifically focus on. Likewise, we are pleased to be able to offer help with particular problems identified as we boast a qualified behaviourist amongst our numbers. A memo to all our members. We are having to raise the class fees from £2 a session to £3 a session. This will take effect from Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th September. We have held off for as long as we could but now struggling to meet the rent and rise in Kennel Club fees.

What a fantastic evening we had !! 100% passes in both Bronze and Silver awards. Just goes to show persistance pays dividends - congratulations to all who achieved their awards. Congratulations to all who took part in the Kennel Club Good Citizens Awards last night. 100% success rate . Well done all . Abbie with Lizzie, Kelly with Sugar and Barbara with Heidi passed their Bronze award. Mark with Brecon, Mandy with Rosie, Paul with Ernie, Matt with Lola and Jean with Percy passed their silver award.

There will be no Flyball training on Wednesday 1st May but usual obedience sessions for the 7.55 and 8.35 members. Flyball back to usual on Wednesday 8th May

As from tonight (Wednesday 3rd April can all those that passed their silver award last week please move up to the 8.35 pm session and all those that passed their bronze award move up to the Wednesday 7.55 pm session. The 7.15 pm session will be for the 4 that were not ready to pass their bronze last week and the 4 silver participants who had to be sent back home as we were running too late for them to sit their test. . If anyone is interested in flyball training on a Tuesday evening could you please let me know. Our numbers have diminished and after setting up tonight no one turned up and Ruth and I sat twiddling our thumbs for 45 minutes. Also we still have to pay rent on the hall.

Christmas time is nearly here so it’s time for our dogs to have fun. Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20 th is party time for them. Fancy dress , doggy games and prizes and treats. All Tuesday sessions will join together and all Wednesday sessions will do like wise starting at 7 pm.
