Morning solo walk in the fields with Fred and Bambam. Loving all the smells up throughout their walk watching other dogs and having a little play 🐾🍃💙

Morning group walk around the parks fields, lots of sniffing about for all with some games of chase in the fields and chill down before ending the walk 🐾🍃

Friday’s walk’s ⛅️

Morning group walk to the creek for a wonder along the beach, a paddle in the river and a snuffle in the grass 🐾🌊🍃💦

Morning training session with Maverick working on recall and engagement! There were a few dogs in the field and he maintained his focus which was amazing 😄🐾🍃💙

Afternoon group walk to the beach for a game with their toys in the sea followed by a roll and sniff game in the fields 🐾🌊💦🍃

Thursday’s walk’s 🌤️
A lot cooler today😅

First morning group walk was around Radford lake with the boys, we headed straight to the water for a splash about then had a nice breezy walk in the fields! Dufus and Bentley got along lovely for their first meeting😄🐾💦🍃

Second morning group walk was to plymbridge for a wonder in the woods followed by a play and swim in the river, Gracie even had the confidence to get half way in to join in with Thena and Poppy having a splash about🐾🍁💦💗

Tuesday’s walk’s 🌞
A morning of shade and water for all the pups🐾

First morning walk with the birthday boy Dufus who is 2 today 🥳 and his friends Phoebie and Polo! A short mooch around the woods keeping it calm with some time at the river 💦🐾🍁💙💗

Second walk with Jay we headed to a quiet place to spend some time paddling in the water and play sniff games in the shade 🐾💦🍃
It was my last walk with Jay as him and his family are moving away, sending all my best wishes to them all and it was lovely getting to know Jay💙

Last walk of the day with Monty to the woods and straight down to the river for some more fishing 😆🐾💦🍁💙

Last walk of the day with Monty, if he could he’d spend all day at the water fishing for sticks! 🍁🐾💦💙

Lastly a training session with Maverick, we headed to the local fields to work on his recall, engagement and impulse control which he did brilliantly even with distraction of dogs 😁🐾💙

Early morning walk with Loki and Thena around the fields, a very muggy walk but that didn’t stop them from having a grand time sniffing about in the wet grass 😆🐾🍃💙💗

Morning solo with Monty to his local fields/woods, this fella is always following his nose and is ready for treats soon as he hears his bag of veg being opened up 😆🍃🍁🐾💙

Group morning walk to the creek, the tide was still in so we thought might as well have a swim session as everyone was soaked already! Lots of splashes, games of chases and soggy dogs 🐾💦🌊🍃

Morning walk around Radford lake, it was the first meeting for all the dogs and they all mooched along happily sniffing about in each others company! We spent some time by the water and had a few sniff games in the grass🐾🍃💦

Midday walk to plymbridge for a swim session for Thena and Poppy, one of our toys got stuck in a tree so I had to wade in to retrieve! The girls then enjoyed a run around to dry off 🐾💦🍃💗

Morning walk around the fields with Loki, it’s lovely to have him join me back on walks for a week whilst his owners are away! I brought Thena along to meet him and they both happily mooched around sniffing the whole walk☺️🐾🍃💗💙

Morning group walk to the creek for a splash about the the sea, we were lucky the tide was still in! Maddie loved swimming about, Winnie had a splash about along the shore and Polo and Dufus are started to get more braver with the water which is great 🐾🌊💦🍃💗💙

Midday walk to the woods with Monty for a paddle in the water, a sniff about amongst the trees and his favourite game of find the veg😆🐾🍁💦💙

This afternoon I had lovely walk along the coastal path with Thena, my dad and his dog Cookie, taking in the sunshine while we can😆 🐾🥰

Morning training session with Maverick to work on his engagement and recall, which he is doing amazingly! Slowly making progress 😁🐾💙

Morning solo walk with Monty to the misty fields for of sniffs, some play in a wood chip pile we found and a game of find the veg. We also paused to watch the many swifts that were out catching their lunch😆🍃🐾💙

Afternoon walk to the park for a wonder around in the fields and long grass! Lots of smells for all the pups and lots of people and dogs were out so it was a great chance to work on our disengagement from other dogs with Thena, Winnie and Bentley 🐾🍃💗💙

Reactive dog owners need help from other dog owners. Dog on A Lead Day was created for many reasons and at the forefront of our mind was to help raise awareness that popping your dog on a lead for a few minutes could change the world to a reactive dog and their owner, not to mention help them with any training and rehabilitation they may have invested in to help their dog.

If you do nothing else - follow this tiny bit of advice and respect other dogs and their needs. After all we all love dogs and want what's best for them.❤️

Late morning walk around the park, lots of sniffing about was had by all, Winnie enjoyed lots of people/dog watching whilst the boys had a munch on the dew 🐾🍃💦
