We are still on annual leave but have an exciting few days coming up so this provides us with the opportunity of sharing some of the weddings we have recently attended and catching up!

Seafront views, wonderful welcomes and this girl had her day sussed.

Mimi booked our Aristocracy Package after discussing it with her parents.

We know Mimi well and she came to stay on the Friday before the wedding.

She overnighted and then we got her ready for her big day with a seafront walk to the hotel where her parents tied the knot.

We were welcomed on our arrival by the best man and then met Jamie, Mimis dad.

She wore a large white satin bow on her collar.

I had the great honour of walking Mimi down the aisle to present the rings to her parents.

Mimi was the most wonderful ring bearer and pulled the day off to pawfection.

It rained, the sea mist rolled in and made the roads very foggy but none of these elements stopped the fabulous day that unrolled.

Holiday time - Out of Office is on:

All brides have been contacted with regards to plans for their imminent weddings and we will reopen on Tuesday 27th August.

We are off to make memories with our family and boys.

On Saturday 13th July 2024 we both had the great pleasure of chaperoning this gorgeous boy.

Working with Joanna & Doug was such a lovely experience.

They are such a lovely couple and as we left the venue that evening they came and had a good chat with us before saying thank you. 🤍

Their boy Henry is so sweet and typical gentle Goldie 💛

He welcomed all the guests as they arrived for the ceremony wearing the most amazing floral collar by the very talented FromtheWildFlorist and the display of flowers for the ceremony was so beautiful as always!

He stood pride of place with his dad & Pete waiting for his mum to walk down the aisle.

Afterwards Henry retired with us for a chill out and walk before dining in the kitchen and playing with toys until he fell asleep,

Joanna and Doug it was an absolute pleasure to care for your special boy on your special day. Thank you for entrusting us with him.

So nice to work alongside Grace Elizabeth - Photography and her dad again.

There are a lot of unregistered boarders cropping up:

They are NOT licensed with their local council and have therefore not gone thru the stringent process and proformas that allows you to have a license in your own home.

They also may not be insured or have transport insurance.

Whilst we appreciate everyone wants time away please MAKE SURE you use a registered licensee and not an unregistered one.

We are 5 Star licensed in accordance with DEFRA

• 🪪Boarders / Day care licensees should display their license in an easy to see place.

•6️⃣They are limited to a certain amount of dogs in their care.

•🧐Received an inspection from the council to make sure that we come up to the high standards required and adhere to the strict proforma

•🚪Are open to receive unannounced inspections

•🚫Do NOT leave dogs alone for upto 3 hrs even though our license now allows this

•💰Have paid to have their license (which is expensive)

•🩹Are first aid trained - we have paid for

•👌Hold Public Liability Insurance - we have paid for

•🚗Hold Transport Insurance - we have paid for

•🧹🧼Adhere to strict cleaning procedures

•✅Hold an upto date record of dogs attending

•🤕Record any injuries and keep owners abreast of situation

• 📝Have a plan in place to isolate dogs should one fall ill until said owner / emergency contact can pick up

•🚶🐕We tailor our walks to the ability / age / ailments/ injuries your dog may have

•😊🧴Use pet safe cleaning products

•🗃️Correct storage of cleaning products

•👀Monitor the behaviour of all dogs in our care

•🙂Provide secure environment

•🥰Provide mental stimulation / enrichment

•❤️Provide love and cuddles (we love our crew)

•🫧🛀Keep the dogs clean / washed if necessary / de fox poohed / towel dried and professional hair drier dried

🧹Brush the grass seeds out of their fur gently

•😍Make sure they are all happy and settled

•📝Have a walking routine that can change at the drop of a hat dependent on weather conditions

•🛋️A comfortable environment for the dogs to feel comfortable and settled.

🚫Have to say no if a dog does not settle after a trial daycare / overnight

✅The safety and happiness of our crew comes first

🥵HOT WEATHER WALKS : 🥵

We are operating hot weather walks.

We may cut your pups walk short we may cancel your dogs walk and have garden play and time to relax and keep hydrated at HQ.

We may change your dogs walk from a walk to a drop in and comfort break / keep them company and have cuddles and gentle play instead during this hot weather.

Picture this: If you were carrying a fur coat around you all day would you want to run in the sun?

NO!!!

We have your dogs welfare at the forefront ❤️ please respect this.

Ensuring Pig stays as cool as possible and hydrated.

Pup drops ins and comfort breaks are us easy.

Frenchies being one of the Brachycephalix needs means they suffer even more with the heat. Tissues from the mouth, windpipe and lungs are squashed into a smaller, enclosed space, so dogs struggle to breath sufficient air and oxygen.

We booked Sue after being let down by another supplier and I’m so so glad we did. Sue & Pete were amazing before and on the wedding day. Before the wedding day we had a few calls to discuss what we wanted Milo to do and nothing was too much for them.�On the day Sue was amazing!�Milo is a crazy doggy and does get a bit over excited with his loved ones but Sue handled him brilliantly. We even had photos of him cuddled up with her and not many people get a Milo cuddle so we instantly knew he was happy!�Thank you for everything!
